i have stayed in these condos before but never in a well appointed one .well the Amadors have certainly outdone themselves . it was me my wife and 3 kids ,plus my mother in law stayed for several days. everyone agreed it was one of the best times we have had in puerto rico. we had some guests who came by and also liked the condo.i have to say the only problems we had was during hurricane irene and even then mr. amador was on the phone with us checking on us to make sure we were ok. just experienced alot of rain and wind but otherwise ok. just a few recommendations the beach at vega baja the public one has good surfing would be really great to have one lying around anyway great time great place

Clean Apartment, Beautiful View - Could not have asked for more!!!

The apartment was very clean and spacious. It had great air conditioning for the beautiful hot summer days in Puerto Rico. The kitchen is very nice, as well as the living room with cable TV. There is great security at the apartment complex, with guards on duty 24 hours/day. The complex also contains great facilities; pool, volley ball court, internet room, and a gym. The gorgeous beachfront view cannot be topped; it was lovely waking up to it daily. The quiet swimmable beach is within a few minutes drive; great for cooling off after a day of activities under the sun in the most beautiful island in the world.

Recommended for:People with disabilities, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

We stayed 8 days in this apartment. The landlord was very respnsive and excellent to work with. The facility is very clean, new, and everything worked well. The apartment is in a gated facility with secuirty and has an excellent ocean view from windows and patio and beach acess in less than a 50 meter walk. Cell phoneservice and wireess broadband from Sprint and Verizon works well if you have to get some work done while staying. Access to the highway is easy and less than 10 minutes. Good shopping is ust up the higway with a brandnew outlet with all top brands. I highly recommend this unit and expect to return again next year.

Nice quiet and clean place

We stayed here for a week in December. Overall very pleased with our stay here. Some key points to highlight are 1. The apartment itself is spacious. 6 of us were easily accommodated. The bed in 2nd bedroom is a little small for 2 people. But wasn't very inconvenient. There is a lot of closet space. 2. It was clean, well maintained and well stocked as mentioned. There were towels, soaps, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer etc. 3. Apartment complex was quiet, safe and very close to beach. It also appeared to be relatively newly constructed so it had nice look and feel. 4. The apartment community has a good gym, pool and tennis court. The facilities were not crowded at least when we visited, which was nice. We could play tennis almost everyday. 5. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Our flight reached at odd hour and he was waiting for us at 3 AM to give us keys. 6. Location: There are grocery stores nearby and is very close to some beaches. Hyatt on Dorado beach is just 15 mins away. So if you are looking for a relaxed family vacation, this is a nice spot. But if you want to visit many places around Puerto Rico (as we planned to), then prepare to drive. San Juan area is 45 min to 1 hr drive. El Yunke rainforest, Loquillo beach or Fajardo is almost 2 hours. Ponce or beaches on the west side are also more than 2 hours away. But overall, considering the price and amenities, it was a very good experience.

We are very pleased with our stay at this location. My sister had stayed in one of these apartments previously and she was also very satisfied with this apartment complex. This apartment had everything, towels, sunscreen, chairs, even dominoes and a domino table! We loved the view from the patio which looks out toward the beach. We took a walk along the beach and it was wonderful. The pools are big and clean. We always saw maintenance people out working to keep the area clean. The security guards at the gated community were also very attentive. Mr. Amador was very responsive to our needs. There is a bottled water dispenser in the apartment and when we were out of water he came almost immediately to replace it. I especially liked that it is all one floor and there is handicap parking right in front, since I came with my parents. My sister and I both would return in a heartbeat.

Lodgings are spacious, very clean, and new. Right on the beach, which has decent snorkeling if you can get past the rocky entry. Mr. Amador was gracious and very responsive (fixed the air conditioning within hours). Best feature was flexibility - checkin/out at mid-week instead of Saturdays only. Pools are large and clean, brand new weight rooms, good security. Shower water is not hot. Overall highly satisfied.

My wife and I were looking for a clean, quiet, and well furnished place to stay that had access to the San Juan area and the west side of Puerto Rico as well. This condo in Vega Baja was ideal, with a fully furnished kitchen (including a wine-refrigerator) and more sleeping space than we could use (futons in living room, bunk-bed in kids room, etc). With a nice pool (the jacuzzi is cold water so use it during the day!), state-of-the-art workout room, and the ability to walk off of our patio to a private beach, it was ideal. The owner was accommodating, given our travel schedule and available by cell phone anytime to answer questions (like where the towels were!). He showed us the large grocery store nearby which is open late and proved very handy when no restaurants were open on President's Day! We debated other properties nearby but are very glad we spent the extra money to get quicker access to the beach and didn't have to haul our suitcases up any stairs. If you aren't shy of some small waves, the snorkeling is great right down the beach too.
