Our complex's beach enjoys the enchantments of a vibrant marine life in its full natural coral reef karsts habitat (ideal for kids’ exploration, scuba diving, snorkeling, and fishing), as well as natural private bathing pools. All within a half-mile stretch of private sandy Caribbean beach, smack in front of the complex.

If unfettered open beach swimming is your preference, take a leisurely walk along the beach (or five minute drive) to the east, where you will find one of the most spectacularly beautiful public beaches in all Puerto Rico: Punta Puerto Nuevo Beach. There, you will get a flavor of the local folklore and flair of the regular weekend crowds.

If you prefer surfing, a six-minute drive to the west will take you to the world renowned Los Tubos Beach, with rideable waves most of the year (best season: September through March). If you want to witness firsthand nature’s own "shock and awe" in quintessential natural tropical beauty, drive three minutes further west to Mar Chiquita Beach.

If you prefer venturing out and about, seven of Puerto Rico’s top ten attractions are within a 45-minute drive and much more to do! (All of it listed in an informational welcome package provided with the keys to the place.)

  • We are very pleased with our stay at this location. My sister had stayed in one of these apartments previously and she was also very satisfied with this apartment complex. This apartment had everything, towels, sunscreen, chairs, even dominoes and a domino table! We loved the view from the patio which looks out toward the beach. We took a walk along the beach and it was wonderful. The pools are big and clean. We always saw maintenance people out working to keep the area clean. The security guards at the gated community were also very attentive. Mr. Amador was very responsive to our needs. There is a bottled water dispenser in the apartment and when we were out of water he came almost immediately to replace it. I especially liked that it is all one floor and there is handicap parking right in front, since I came with my parents. My sister and I both would return in a heartbeat.

  • Lodgings are spacious, very clean, and new. Right on the beach, which has decent snorkeling if you can get past the rocky entry. Mr. Amador was gracious and very responsive (fixed the air conditioning within hours). Best feature was flexibility - checkin/out at mid-week instead of Saturdays only. Pools are large and clean, brand new weight rooms, good security. Shower water is not hot. Overall highly satisfied.

  • My wife and I were looking for a clean, quiet, and well furnished place to stay that had access to the San Juan area and the west side of Puerto Rico as well. This condo in Vega Baja was ideal, with a fully furnished kitchen (including a wine-refrigerator) and more sleeping space than we could use (futons in living room, bunk-bed in kids room, etc). With a nice pool (the jacuzzi is cold water so use it during the day!), state-of-the-art workout room, and the ability to walk off of our patio to a private beach, it was ideal. The owner was accommodating, given our travel schedule and available by cell phone anytime to answer questions (like where the towels were!). He showed us the large grocery store nearby which is open late and proved very handy when no restaurants were open on President's Day! We debated other properties nearby but are very glad we spent the extra money to get quicker access to the beach and didn't have to haul our suitcases up any stairs. If you aren't shy of some small waves, the snorkeling is great right down the beach too.
