There’s only one word that can describe this 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath home in the quiet Bungalos subdivision of Sandestin – LUXURIOUS!
From the moment you enter our newly decorated home, you will be calling to book again next year. The master bedroom is on the main floor, and features a KING bed, large bathroom, and walk-in closet. One bedroom upstairs has a queen bed, and the other is set up for kids with twin bunks. Both bedrooms have their own FULL BATHS and lots of storage space. And if that isn’t enough, the sofa in the living room has a pull out queen bed.
The main floor has a very open and spacious floor plan, with 10 foot ceilings and tiled floor. The large and comfortable living room is perfect for hanging out after a day at the beach (or golf, or shopping). The dining room table seats 6 for a big dinner. The fully equipped kitchen, with granite countertops, has everything you need to cook full meals or just whip up a tropical blender drink. There’s also a washer and dryer in case you need to do a load of laundry.
The living room has a large TV with DVD player. Each of the bedrooms also has its own TV and DVD player, so there are plenty of alternatives if you don’t like the evening’s movie presentation. After the feature presentation, relax in the cool air on the front screened-in porch. You'll tell your friends to “meet at our place,” since there’s so much room.
The Bungalos neighborhood is in the quiet and private Lake Side area of Sandestin, the most beautiful destination resort on the Emerald Coast. The large neighborhood swimming pool (with putting green) is just steps away, and it’s a short ride to the sugar white sandy beach. You’ll make new friends among your neighbors in this perfect family and golf vacation location.
Sandestin has everything you need on your vacation - shopping, dining, and entertainment are all right in the resort. Play golf on one of four championship courses, or tennis on one of the 15 championship tennis courts. At the marina, you can dock your own boat or rent everything from kayaks to jet skis. The Village of Baytowne Wharf has over 40 shops, bars, and restaurants, with live music and seasonal fireworks. And you’ll never forget the pristine, wide, glorious beach.
There’s no need to leave Sandestin until your vacation is over, although the resort is close to other great Destin restaurants and shopping. Silver Shells Outlet Mall is a mile down Highway 98, and Destin Commons is just a little further.
Sandestin is easy to walk, bike, or drive through. Sandestin Amenity Cards can be purchased if you would like access to the resort shuttle and beach pool, plus the ability to rent beach chairs, bicycles, or tennis court time.
