We rented with 2 families and found the condo clean and comfortable with plenty of privacy and sleeping space for the kids.Our goal was fall hiking so the location was ideal with many nearby trails.The owner is very helpful and the transcation process was quick and easy.

Owners were wonderful to work with, getting back to us within 24 hrs with answers of our questions. Unit was very clean and kitchen area was stocked with everything we could've needed for meal prep. Loft area was a bit scary but the bedrooms provided ample sleeping space. All our activities for the week were within an hour of the condo and we loved the fact that on our second day, we saw a Mama Bear herding her cubs across the road....great vacation and would definitely return in the future.

We just got back from our second summer stay in this unit. We always have a great time! It is clean, spacious and comfortable. Lots of room for the family to sleep and for the kids to play around or watch movies (of which there is an ample supply!). It's proximity to Storyland and other North Conway spots is a plus. The owner was in contact before and after the stay to check in and see if all went well. Worth a stay anytime and we will be back for sure.

My family stayed here while we did Storyland and other trips. Plenty of space for our family of four. My kids liked the loft space, but I would caution anyone that the railing up there is only knee level - not good if the sleepers might horse around. The bunk bed/trundle room worked out better for them. Kitcken was well supllied. The unit was very clean - my allery suffered did not have any wheezing or stuffiness. The A/C was nice to have the first day as it had been very hot, but after that the ceiling fan and slider was enough to keep us comfortable. Easy to shower the kids after the pond or pool with the handheld shower in the upstairs bathroom. It was very easy to work with the owners - answered all questions quickly, gave good decriptions of the unit and surrounding areas. This property definitely fit our needs and pricing was reasonable.

My family, 2 adult and 2 children 7 and 5, stayed at the condo the last week of July. We had a great time. Plenty of space for us to spread out. My kids thought the loft room was great, but I would caution that the railing up there is very low - not a spot for kids who might horse around. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. We rented the condo for a visit to Storyland - two families, 4 kids. The description on the website was very accurate, the condo had everything we needed, it was clean, and it couldn't have been closer to the park. The owner was easy to work with and very accomodating and we'll definitely head back for another stay.

This condo was perfect for our Storyland visit. We stayed with another family (4 adults and 3 children total) and we found the condo to be clean, very spacious and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and we found it very convenient to be able to use the linens and towels and not have to pack all that. The owner was very easy to deal with and very responsive.

We rented this unit for the Columbus Day weekend. Great condo and great location. Close to everthing!!! Would definately rent this unit again. Tom was so nice to work with.

Very nice stay for two families and 4 kids. All the kids stayed in the 'bunk bed room' and had fun, nicely equipped kitchen, close to all attractions, lovely fireplace. The owner was great to work with.

We enjoyed our stay here immensely. It is within walking distance to Storyland, is very clean and has plenty of room. Very friendly neighbors and a nice pool as well. Would recommend to anyone. Tom is very easy to work with.

We had two families together and it worked out great. The kids loved the room with the bunkbed and trundle bed. They all stayed in there and watched TV in the morning so the adults could get some sleep! The beds were all very comfortable. Everything was very clean. We loved the Linderhof pool/playground area. The view was beautiful and the pool was big. We were very happy that we chose this condo!

We took capacity to a max at this condo and the weekend was amazing. Comfortable beds -- all of them, hot water and wonderful water pressure for everyone's shower. Enough of everything to make things just a wonderful day. The fireplace at the end of the day was just the cherry on top. I can't wait to visit again.

Our family along with another family met in NH to spend two days at Storyland. This condo was perfect for us! It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Tom was great to work with and I look forward to contacting him again the next time we decide to visit that part of NH.

We stayed for 2 nights with another family - a total of 4 adults and 4 kids (ages 3-8). The condo is very comfortable for 2 families, with 2 full bathrooms and 3 levels. The bedding and towels were fresh, the beds comfortable, and the kitchen well stocked with pans/dishes/appliances. Tom was easy to deal with, we were very satisifed and wouldn't hesitate to contact him again if we return to the area.

Really close to Storyland, North Conway, Jackson, etc. We comfortably slept 10 - Quiet, clean, great amenities; neighbors and country club (golf, pool, etc.) very friendly - My kids had a great time - the whole setting is very comfortable - Beds are really comfy, fireplaces are great - winter and summer. Have stayed a couple times so far - for a weekend and most recently a week. Made this my "permanent" place to stay when headed to New Hampshire
