For the past 18 years, we have taken an annual pilgrimage to Moab, and this year we stayed in Casa Sweet Casa for the first time. We loved this charming townhome with the large patio area that backs up to the rocks. CSC offers three-bathrooms, versus the two-bathroom floorplans offered in other nearby condo developments. The property is well-maintained and very comfortably appointed. We have stayed in many units over the years and it was the concensus favorite of our group.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, girls getaway.

It is a nice upscale condo in a lovely quiet setting. Lots of places to hang out on the property. Moab Flat Pass trail access is a mile up the road. The property management is reputable and cares about your experience.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We rented this condo because of the 3 full baths and 3 bedrooms. Since there were 3 couples we really wanted to have our own bathrooms. The condo met all our needs. Enjoyed the patio,as we hosted a small cook out. I think the only thing that was wanting was the size of the kitchen, and there was one way in and out. Got crowded with 6 adults wanting breakfast and coffee at the same time. We would definitely stay there again. Renting it was a simple procedure. Julianne was great to work with.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, pet owners, girls getaway.

Very fun condo, great upstairs patio, nice hike and easy bike ride without jumping in the car. Only hesitate to rate this as high as it is because then more people will know about it and we won't be able to get it in the future!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This home is all we were hoping for in Moab. The bed situation works for several people, with the private bath for each bedroom. We loved the patio area, built into the rock and the elevated deck was a great reading spot.
