Welcome to our Very Cozy and Comfortable Chalet home in Arrowhead Lakes! Everything you need for a fun-filled vacation is right here in this beautiful, family-oriented community. The Chalet is located on a secluded dead-end street in this gated community with plenty of woods around, but also plenty of sunshine. It's just a block from the Clubhouse where family events take place and the horseshoe pits, basketball court, softball field, and playground can be found. Beach 3 is the closest, and is just over 1/2 mile away at the other end of Towanda Trail.
The house features a cathedral ceiling, floor to ceiling windows and a loft for extra sleeping room. A finished walk-out basement allows a separate space for the kids. A cozy and convenient wood pellet stove provides great ambiance. The house is very nicely appointed and well maintained.
Our house is basically immaculate and stocked with everything to make your stay as comfortable as your home.
Nascar racing, outlet shopping, restaurants, paint ball, golfing, Hickory Run State Park, Skirmish, Whitewater rafting, Camelbeach and nightlife are also just minutes away. For winter we are located near Jack Frost, Big Boulder and Camelback ski areas. Camelback transforms into Camelbeach- the best water park around! The sledding hill and ice skating at the Club House is easily within walking distance. The ski areas also have envents during the other seasons as well.

Rental Rules:
You have to supply your own linens and towels.
We require a $300 refundable security deposit, which we`ll return within 2 weeks of your leave.
This is a NON SMOKING, NO PETS house.
Renters must be at least 25 years old.
Renters must purchase a gate pass for $25.00 per vehicle in order to access the community.
Arrowhead Lake requires renters (over the age of 6) to purchase amenity badges from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend ONLY (Summer Season). Weekly badges are $25.00 per person and daily badges are $7.50 per person per day. One Month Badges are $60 per month, Two Month Badges are $75 per person and Three Month are $90.

Thank you Jude & Valerie, for sharing your wonderful home with us. your home is in one of the best sections of Arrowhead Lakes (very private). the week of 8/2-8/9/09,we were celebrating our twentieth wedding anniversary,with two of our friends, and really enjoyed ourselves. We loved it so much, we may be your neighbors real soon!

The Brown property was well kept, clean and comfortable. The Browns were helpful and easy to work with. My family of five spent a rainy week in the mountains and still had an amazing, relaxing time. The dead end street was great for the kids, in walking distance to a great playground and was very quiet. The community was family oriented and offered great activities if you wanted to participate. There was a convenience store at the entrance of Arrowhead and you could have ice cream too. All five of us agree we would go back.
