This beautiful apartment is located in the heart of Florence’s historic district, steps from the city’s most visited piazzas and monuments. The apartment is bright and airy thanks to the spacious private terrace (over 35 m2) that looks out onto one of the oldest streets in Florence – a pleasant environment for morning breakfast, reading, and conversation.Peaceful and sunny with two large windows, the studio is furnished with a double or two single beds with wooden slats, a double sofa bed, closet, bookshelf, and kitchenette equipped for four people with dishes, electric hotplates, refrigerator, microwave oven, American coffee maker, toaster and more. The bathroom contains a shower, bathtub, and hair dryer. Linens for the beds, bathroom, and kitchen, a TV, heating and air conditioning, and some simple board games complete the apartment.Recently renovated, the apartment is ideal for those who want to discover the city and offers a convenient base between museum visits and afternoon shopping nearby among some of the world’s most prestigious fashion boutiques.     • I spent 11 nights at your lovely apartment. I still go there in my dreams. I loved the big doors and shutters that lead to the devine terrace. My daughter lived down the street and her friend lived next door so I really felt at home. Thank you and I will be back!

    • We stayed at the apartment in July 2009 for 3 days. The apartment was as shown in the pictures. Tight for 3 adults, but doable. Our favorite things about the apartment: the patio-almost as big as the room and how close it was to everything. Never used the TV, but we did use the fridge and have a light breakfast each morning. The elevator is small. Mostly used the stairs. This apartment lived up to our expectations. This was our first trip using apartments from VRBO, but we would do it again.

    • I had the best time of my life while staying in this apartment in Florence. The location could not be better. The apartment was comfortable, elegant, quiet and had great air conditioning, which was important in August, but the best part was the terrace. It was spectacular. I will definitely try to get this apartment again!!

The outside courtyard was beautiful and allowed us to hear the activity of the city below, feeling very much a part of Florence.     • We stayed in the apartment in June and had a wonderful time. It is in the center of the city and everything is in walking distance--and the balcony was awesome. There is a wonderful bakery across the street for breakfast and numerous restruants in the area. Stephano helped us get tickets to some of the attractions and was a great host. My wife loved the bathtub! We hope to return to Italy and Florence sometime soon.
