This unit is in Bldg D - a 2BR/2BA - 6th floor - unit #D616 - west side. Unit overlooks the lower pool and the upper pools of Bldg C & D. Unit has large floor to ceiling windows and doors in the Living Room and Master Bedroom, walk out to an amazing view, or enjoy the view from the comfortable patio set on the balcony.
Unit is beautifully decorated! Unit has stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops in the kitchen and both baths. The kitchen is fully stocked with all major and portable appliances, all dinnerware, cookware and all utensils are provided, unit also has a full size washer and dryer, floors in unit are all tile except for carpet in the bedrooms. Master Bedroom has a king, the 2nd bedroom has twin beds and the sleeper sofa is a queen.
Master Bedroom has a TV/DVD player, 2nd bedroom has a TV/DVD player, Living Room has a BOSE System (AM/FM Stereo CD/DVD). Unit features free local phone service with free high speed T-1 Internet access wall plates throughout unit, wireless is available in lobbies and atriums at no additional charge, so go ahead and bring that lap top! The unit has Direct TV-more than 110 channels, including 7 HBO and STARZ.
Caribe Resort has (3) three buildings, of which you will have full access to all three, each is equipped with olympic-size, zero-entry pools with slides, hot tubs and lounge areas, full indoor heated pools with whirlpool hot tubs, state-of-the-art fitness centers with saunas and steam rooms. The 23 acre Resort borders more than 1-1/2 miles of unconstructed shoreline, pristine beaches, protected natural habitat, and breathtaking sunsets.
The resort has lighted tennis courts, a 10,000 sq. ft. Tiff Eagle putting green, a 18-hole artificial family putting green course, walking paths, bocce ball court and what every kid wants - a 980 ft. long LAZY RIVER!!!!! Building D is home to the 'Caribe Oasis', the best place in Orange Beach to get a great frozen tropical drink or a sandwhich, please note 'Caribe Oasis' is seasonal.
Public beach access is just outside the resort under the Orange Beach bridge, a beach shuttle is provided in season as well as chairs and umbrellas for your convenience.
There are charcoal grills on the bay side for your use behind each building, a resturant is also under construction on the west end of the resort, opening TBA.
Two (2) car limit on all rentals. Boat/trailer parking is available for an additional fee.
Unit has reserved parking which is just out the Bldg D lobby area.
A credit card is required to make a reservation, a $250.00 deposit
is required and refundable within 21 days if unit is left in good condition.
