This beautiful apartment is centrally located in a traffic-restricted area 3 minutes walk from the Piazza del Duomo and the Uffizi Gallery.
On the third floor with an elevator, the apartment contains a spacious living room with a table and sofa (double sofa bed). A small wooden staircase leads up to the bedroom which features period furniture including a double or two single beds and a chest of drawer.
The large kitchen has a dining area with a dining table and credenza and the kitchen area is complete with dishes, a gas stove and oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and more.
The bathroom contains a shower and a bathtub. Linens for the beds, bathroom, and kitchen come with the apartment as well as an iron and ironing board, hair dryer, TV, heating and air conditioning, and all necessary cleaning supplies.
Attilio is comfortable, complete with all necessary accessories, and in the main corridor, a large closet provides ample space for storage, making the apartment suitable also for long term rentals.

This apartment was one of our favorites. The front windows looked out onto the Domo and then a nice terrace on the back. Clean, nice furnishings. Stefano & Marco were very pleasant to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful apartment in excellent location in the heart of central Florence. Extremely clean, well furnished, and we received excellent service from the owners. Two couples stayed comfortably - one in loft bedroom, other on sleeper sofa in main room. Will definitely try to stay here again!

Wonderful, well-appointed and secure apartment in fabulous location in the heart of Florence. Minutes from everything but still very private and peaceful. Professional, friendly and efficient service from Lorenzo and Via Roma bookings. The furnishing are comfortable and tasteful with lovely prints on the walls. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to self-cater. Will definitely stay here again if we are fortunate enough to return to Bella Firenze!!
