Great place

Just spent a month in this beautiful condo. We don't want to leave! Watching dolphins play in the bay while sitting on the balcony was our favorite thing to do. The building is quiet enough with just 20 units but with enough activity to make it interesting. The beautiful beach is a short walk across the street and there are plenty of different restaurants and shops near by. We would definitely recommend this unit. Great communication with the owner, privacy and security along with a covered parking space. It was perfect!

I traveled to Florida to get married. My brothers and I went down a week early to have some guy time, while the fiancee stayed in a hotel with her parents. Boy, was she jealous when she saw this place! First off, let me say that I could not have been more impressed with the owner's communication. I was initially concerned due to the lack of online reviews for the property, but we went ahead with the deal. She called me the day of check-in to make sure everything went smoothly, and was readily available for any questions I had leading up to the rental period (I am new to the condo-rentals). This place is big and has everything we needed, and what a location, right across the street from the beach (public beach access is about 1/4 - 1/2 mile down gulf blvd). The kitchen is updated and looks amazing! There are pots/pans so all you need to do is go to the grocery store that is 1/2 mile away at the most. We saved so much money by preparing our food vs going out to eat for every meal. The washer and dryer were also a nice bonus. The condo as a whole was in outstanding shape - it was spotless. The in-laws even asked for the information about renting so they can stay there when visiting again. With 3 beds/3 bathrooms, this place is definitely big enough for a family on vacation. Some info that wasn't included on the information page is that there is gated entry to the condo and parking lot, and that parking is COVERED! Soooo nice to get into a cool car that has been parked out of the sun. There is also a free shuttle, Free Beach Ride, that came in very handy. Definitely a good way to beat cab fares and walking. For anyone looking for a great place to stay and save some money versus staying in a hotel - this is the place to be! Trust me, you won't regret it.
