Rent year round, or weekly in-season or off. Sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean from the interior and two levels of decking including the sky deck with awesome sunset and bay views from the roof deck. 2 living rooms -1 with wet bar, queen pull-out and twin pull-out, 3 levels of decking, 4 large bedrooms including 2 master suites, plus 'teenage hangout room / man-cave' in the garage.
Located on a quiet and private lane close to the Loveladies Arts Foundation. Pet friendly home. Dogs 1 year and older permitted. Pets must be on monthly flea and tick control program. No smoking inside the house.

True to the home's name, "Serendipity" is "a most serendipitous find"! In fact, the owner, Joy, is a complete "JOY" to correspond with. She is extremely responsive, courteous and professional. This spacious, reverse living contemporary affords three tiers of living space with wide decks on each, ground level rec. room, garages (2), and storage areas; a mid-level family room and wet bar, master suite (queen), two large bedrooms (2 twins in each) and another bath; an upper level lovely living room, dining room, efficiently designed kitchen with breakfast bar, a powder room and second master suite (King). To top it off and commanding an incredible view of both ocean and bay, the home offers a moon roof complete with hot tub! The home is immaculate and provides everything you could ever need, and more. It is beautifully decorated and everything is like new. In fact, this is the second year we are renting and it still looks as if it has never been occupied. I've rented in LBI several times and I have never seen a home this well maintained. The home is so well organized; the owner must be fastidious or have an amazing cleaning service (or both)! The decks are complete with upscale patio furniture and there is a nice stainless steel BBQ grill on the middle deck. For your convenience, washer and dryer are provided on the first level. Some helpful tips: bring your own sheets and towels (bath and beach), they provided beach chairs (new Tommy Bahama), two boogie boards/1 skin board. You can shop for essentials at Shop Rite (over the causeway) or local markets. Panzone's has the best pizza! My daughters love Fantasy Island, the Water Park and Miniature Golf (Beach Haven). Lastly, the home is located on a quiet lane lined with other gorgeous homes! You just take a short path to the beach! Simply, it doesn't get any better than this! Oh wait, it does, because the owner is also an animal lover and generously accepts well trained pets (must be 1 year and on monthly flea/tick preventative). Our TDI therapy dog was allowed to accompany us and was rewarded with a relaxing time that she so deserved. She loved the dog park in Barnegat Light! This home is truly a gem and so is the owner. We can't wait to return!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.
