Why the Owner Chose Boyne Falls
When we first moved to Michigan we decided we wanted to find a place that could let us relax and enjoy the outdoors. Of course we had to have it it all, a place for skiing, boarding, biking, running, fishing, kayaking, boating and sometimes a place to just sit and relax. They say you can't have it all but sometimes you can!
Owner's Map of Boyne Falls
My wife and I have always had adventurous spirits and a love for fun. Some of my first ski lessons were at BOYNE Mountain and after we got married so were hers! In 2003 we made Michigan our home and Boyne Mountain our place to play!

Nice, affordable lodging at Boyne Mountain

I plan a "girl's ski weekend" every year and we have stayed at the condos at Disiples Ridge for the last several years. It accomodates a group of 10 comfortably. This is the first time I've stayed at this property and it was everything that I expected. We didn't find an easy walk to the slopes, but we called for a shuttle and there was never much of a wait. We did take a lovely walk to the spa one day. The only problem we had was there were only 6 sets of towels when we arrived. I had the property owners phone number with me, so I called and the problem was taken care of. I loved the keyless entry. So much better than trying to keep track of keys!

The 4 days Christmas vacation passed really quickly with a lot of fun. Two other families from other areas got together there. Adults and kids had lots of skiing from the lifts start in the morning until the lifts close. It was unusually warm winter and had little snow on the ground, but there was good amount of snow on the hill and it was new every morning. People of the resort are really nice and polite and worked late for customers even on the Christmas eve. We stayed in the same property two Christmas in a raw, and it is a great place for skiers and families.

First of all, the condo owner and condo manager are good people and they treat their clients and their property like they would want to be treated if they were renting. They recognize the value of repeat business. The Condo was very clean, modern, updated, and well equippped. The only thing we needed was our own food and beverages. While the rest of the state had no snow, Boyne Mountain had plenty. A few runs werent open but we are glass half full people and appreciated the skiing opportunities that we had. The slopes were only a short walk from the front door. Our family loved the outdoor pool and hot tub overlooking the slopes. This is our second year renting this condo unit and we will be back for a third.

This is the second time we've stayed here--both times at about Christmastime. The place was very clean when we arrived and we had plenty of space for four young children (at one point we had six children and it was still roomy) and all the adults. It is within walking distance to Avalanche Bay Indoor Water Park and downhill skiing. There are lots of places to eat within a short drive. This area is perfect for us to meet friends from different parts of the state. We're already planning another trip here in the summertime.

We all had a great time staying here. None of us are skiers, but we did have a lot of fun at Avalanche Bay. It's only two hours away from our house, so it's a convenient getaway destination. My kids didn't want to leave. Thanks again.
Owner response:We are happy to hear you had such a great time! We were glad to have you as our guests and look forward to seeing you in the future! Robert

We came up for Crazy Dayz and everyone had interesting costumes. We had bad luck with the snow so late in the season but just being together made us happy!
