The Inn is quiet and private yet conveniently located near the amenities you desire: restaurants, fitness center, boutiques, marina, beach and trails, with free on-site parking and WiFi. And we can provide you with a pass to the Olympic sized pool and hot tub at the Recreation center just down the block.

What's your pleasure? Two of Bayfield's most popular walking trails begin just a block away. Or rent a bicycle or tandem from the bike shop next door. The Apostle Islands National Lakeshore is at your doorstep. Cruises to the islands are offered May to October and ferry service to Madeline Island is just three blocks away. We can arrange half and full day escorted kayaking or sailing adventures. In winter ski, snowshoe, snowboard or cross county at a popular ski hill is just 10 minutes away. Or try your hand at mushing. We can help you arrange a dog sledding experience in our winter wonderland.

Just want to relax? Curl up in our comfortable living room or the nearby waterfront park with a good book. Read one of ours or check out the Bayfield Library at the end of the block. For the ultimate in relaxation, we can arrange a massage or reiki session in the privacy of the Inn.

Looking for entertainment? Try a guided afternoon or evening walking tour of Bayfield's Historic District including a Ghost Walk and a visit to three Queen Ann mansions. In the summer, the Big Top Chautauqua, Wisconsin's famous tent show hosts some of America's best performers. Throughout the year the Inn is at the heart of many special events including Apple Festival, Arts Fair, Dog Sled and Sailing races, kayaking seminars, the annual Lighthouse Festival, Blue Moon Ball, Christmas Bazaar and many, many more.
