$1495/week (extra nights $250/night)
$250 non-refundable departure cleaning fee.
$750 refundable security deposit after keys, carpet, and villa is checked for
damages. Money Orders, Checks, PAYPAL 3% additional charge if used.
50% deposit is required upon signing rental contract. Full balance due 60 days
before arrival. Deposit will be forfeited if there is NO SHOWS and Cancellations
with less than 60 DAYS. Hawaii State Lodging Tax (11.42%).
