Ko Olina Hillside Villa located in the Leeward side of Oahu, Hawaii. Twenty minutes from Honolulu/Waikiki.

Our Duplex two bedroom villa consist of fully equipped kitchen with toaster oven, blender, and rice cooker. Bedroom 1 has two full beds and bedroom number 2 has one full bed. Enjoy wireless internet access and cable TV. Entertain your kids with our Playstation 2. Computer and internet available.

If you are looking to escape from a busy lifestyle then you have found one of the most relaxing atmosphere for you and your family.

Our unit is great for family vacations, reunions, honeymoon, couples vacations, and holiday gatherings. Our villa is perfect for those who want more privacy than the crowded hotels. Monthly rental for those who want to get away from cold winters in the mainland.

Our townhouse is a ten minute walk to one of four Ko Olina beach lagoons. One minute drive to the J.W. Ihilani Marriott Resort and Spa. If you are looking for adventure you are not too far away from water sports activities, fishing, golf, and dining in Ko Olina.

$250 non-refundable departure cleaning fee.
$750 refundable security deposit after keys, carpet, and villa is checked for
damages. MO,Checks, CREDIT CARD ACCEPTED THROUGH PAYPAL 3.5% additional charge.
50% deposit is required upon signing rental contract. Full balance due 60 days
before arrival. Deposit will be forfeited if there is NO SHOWS and Cancellations
with less than 60 DAYS. Hawaii State Lodging Tax (12.962%).

  • Just got back from Oahu, where I grew up and my kids were born. We had a fabulous time and the condo was terrific. Clean, quiet, roomy, will definitely book again. Close to the Lagoons...a great place to relax and chill with a cold drink! Can't say enought about it...Lorenzo was on the ball as well...prompt with information and nice to boot!

  • We are "locals" who live in Honolulu and we frequently go to the West or North side of the island of Oahu for getaways. We were very pleased with Lorenzo's condo at Kapolei.It's a beautiful unit that's kept immaculently clean. The pool area was perfect for relaxing and having a Hawaiian "plate lunch". There are beautiful white sand cove beaches down the road. Lots of places to eat and shop within short driving distance. We highly recommend it! Aloha!

  • We stayed at Lorenzo & Mary's condo Feb 2009. During the process of booking this unit we always found that our questions were answered in a timely manner by the owners. The condo was very clean and well appointed. The resort area is exceptionally clean and well groomed. The pool/hot tub area was great, very comfortable chairs to lounge in too!
