We stayed in Ko Olina at Lorenzo's townhouse during the second week on December. It was truly wonderful. This is our third visit back to Ko Olina, but we had never stayed in a rental here before. The place was beautiful and clean. It was easy access to the lagoons (we always drove and found good parking, but it is easily walkable). At one point, I had trouble figuring out why the washer wouldn't turn on. I had emailed Lorenzo, and he replied the next morning. By then, we had already figured it out, but I was appreciative of the quick response and attentiveness. Thank you so much for letting us stay in such a nice area for reasonable prices! We would totally stay here again. Thank you, Lorenzo!

We stayed here in August 2011, and really enjoyed the property. It was very clean and well maintained and had all of the amenities listed. Lorenzo was very helpful with all of our inquiries. We would definitely stay here again. It is a very quiet area, but is also a bit of a drive from Honolulu, so a rental car is a must.

We had a great time in Ko Olina in July 2011. The resort was very close to the lagoons which were great for our young children. It was also a perfect location for a jumping off point to take day trips around the island. The townhouse itself was very clean with a well stocked kitchen with all the necessities. We felt comfortable and right at home. We would recommend this rental to everyone.

This is a belated review - my family of four stayed in the condo in March/11. The listing description was very accurate and painted a realistic picture of what to expect when we arrived. If anything the rooms particularly the bedrooms are larger in person than they appear in the photos. The property was clean, towels plentiful, all appliances ie washer dryer functioned well. We found the unit and area very quiet - slept with windows open, did not hear neighbors through the walls. We had no concerns or issues during our stay. Lorenzo promptly/thoroughly answered all questions and emails. My children did not ever use the pool - it did appear a bit smallish through the fence. We were thankful for the smaller cooler etc. that was present for our use. Overall a great stay - we hope to be fortunate enough to stay again !!

We stayed at the condo for 2 weeks in February/March 2011. We found the property to be clean, well maintained, well equipped (beach toys, beach towels, coolers and kitchen items) and quiet. The surrounding area is immaculate. Our kids enjoyed using the pool and visiting the nearby lagoons. We found the owner (Lorenzo) to be easy to deal with, he responded quickly to any questions we had. We enjoyed having all the amenities of home and preferred staying away from the business of Honolulu (although the proximity allowed for an easy drive to that area). This stay was much more laid back and relaxing than staying in a hotel. We would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone.

My wife and I, from Florida, and my mother, from Oregon, spent a week in the townhome during February in order to attend a wedding in Makaha. I called the residence a townhome and not a townhouse as we felt at home as soon as we arrived. The unit is immaculate The accomodations were excellent and being at Ko Olina was a plus, plus, plus! From Ko Olina you're not too far from anything on Oahu. Plus the four lagoons in the resort are excellent for swimming ans snorkling for those from ago 2 to 90, believe me I know. I can't recommend this residence enough!

We enjoyed our stay at Lorenzo and Mary's condo very much. It was beautiful, the location was convenient and matched the listing description very well. The furnishings were high quality, the condo was well stocked and had many extras (like sand toys etc.). Everything was very clean and well cared for, Lorenzo was prompt and kind in answering all my questions and addressing any concerns. I would reccommend this property to anyone without hesitation. I have children from 1yrs to 6yrs. We loved the lagoons, they were perfect for new swimmers or non-swimmers. My six yr old even tried a little snorkeling. My children love the hot tub and were unhappy to find that the condo strictly enforces the "no children under 14" rule, regardless of supervision. The neighbors were great, very friendly, and my children made several little friends that they looked forward to playing with when we weren't out exploring the island. We enjoyed ourselves and felt very at home. The convenience of the Costco, Target, Safeway etc just down the highway was very helpful. We did find many beautiful places to spend our time outside of the resort as well. I will say on top of all the wonderful things about this place************ THE RATES CANNOT BE BEAT**************at least that is what I found in my research. Thank you Lorenzo and Mary for sharing your little piece of paradise with all of us!!!

This is a great townhouse we stayed in. It was very clean, well maintained, and decorated nicely. We also enjoyed the grill in the patio for breakfast and lunch. Plus the extras - wireless internet connection, rice cooker, coolers, beach towels, playstation, etc... The location is perfect!! Everything from shopping to beaches are nearby. Lagoons are very quiet and not crowded, 10 minutes away from shopping outlet, costco, safeway, and a great convenient store inside the resort. Highway is close by so you can can easily get to waikiki and north shore in a few minutes. If anyone is looking for accomodations in a beautiful townhouse area, I would highly recommend Lorenzo and Marizienne's place. Thanks you so much!!

First-Class Condo in a First-Class Location!

My girlfriend and I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at this condo. Where do I begin? First of all, the condo itself is immaculately clean, comfortable and has all the modern amenities to let you truly relax on your vacation without feeling like you're missing any of the comforts of home. In addition to the incredible condo, the area is unbeatable. The Ko Olina resort is a surreal location with 4 lagoons (each of which are worthy of being on a postcard), a golf course, marina and small shops/restaurants. Pretty much all you need is right there within the resort itself. But if in the event you do need anything else, the larger chain retail stores / restaurants are only a 10 minute drive away and the nearby H1 highway allows you quick access to all the island has to offer. A thoroughly enjoyable stay!

Thank you to Lorenzo for a fabulous home away from home for a month! Ko Olina resort is a gorgeous spot - close to lagoons (perfect for our toddler son to play in safely) with immaculate grounds and super friendly people. Lorenzo's two-storey villa had everything we needed and had lovely interior design. We didn't want to leave his home to go back to winter!!! Highly recommended! We hope to return to Ko Olina next year!

The townhouse was exactly as pictured and perfect for us in every way. The unit was very clean and well stocked for us to use. The lanai was perfect for breakfast and a cookout. My daughters and I loved the pool/hot tub area which was a short walk from the townhouse. I hope to return soon and will definitely stay in this townhouse again....have also recommended it to family and friends. The lagoons in KoOlina and the Luau are both awesome. The west end of the Oahu is less touristy and very peaceful. This was the most relaxing and enjoyable vacation I have taken.

Just got back from Oahu, where I grew up and my kids were born. We had a fabulous time and the condo was terrific. Clean, quiet, roomy, will definitely book again. Close to the Lagoons...a great place to relax and chill with a cold drink! Can't say enought about it...Lorenzo was on the ball as well...prompt with information and nice to boot!

We are "locals" who live in Honolulu and we frequently go to the West or North side of the island of Oahu for getaways. We were very pleased with Lorenzo's condo at Kapolei.It's a beautiful unit that's kept immaculently clean. The pool area was perfect for relaxing and having a Hawaiian "plate lunch". There are beautiful white sand cove beaches down the road. Lots of places to eat and shop within short driving distance. We highly recommend it! Aloha!
