THE LOCATION - Casa Bosque Verde is located in the most central area of Manuel Antonio, just 200 yards off the main road between Quepos and the National Park. A short walk takes you to various options for sunset ocean views from restaurants and bars. The area’s main grocery store is at the end of the block. A beautiful walk takes you down to the main beach area.
THE HOME - This modern and beautifully designed new 2 story house has three bedrooms, two and one half bathrooms, its own pool, 20 foot interior ceilings in the living room and dining area, full kitchen, laundry, and large windows looking into the garden and jungle. It comfortably sleeps 6 and is designed to ensure maximum privacy in each of the bedroom areas – perfect for vacationing with friends or getting a little space from the kids.
Guests enter the home on the second floor onto an interior balcony above the main living area. This floor has 2 large bedrooms, one with its own private balcony overlooking the pool and garden, and a full bathroom. The first floor below has a large master bedroom, with a luxurious tile and stone master bathroom. The master bedroom has a private patio area. This floor also has the living room, dining room, kitchen, and half bathroom/laundry.
The home is fully equipped for living, cooking, dining, and sleeping. It includes a stereo, 3 televisions, a gas BBQ, and washer/dryer.
THE POOL & YARD - The living, dining, and master bedroom walk out to the large deck and patio terraces around the private pool. Howler, White faced and Titi monkeys as well as a wide variety of birds are seen on a daily basis. The beautiful gardens around the pool lead to the fruit trees and jungle at the back of the property. The yard and pool area has fencing that ensures guests’ have a high level of privacy.
SECURITY AND PRIVACY - The front of the property has a wall with secure parking inside the gate. The home has excellent road access for those that wish to bring a car and drive. The house has an onsite security guard/gardener who lives in a small casa at the top of the property, who knows to keep an eye out if guests need assistance, but also will respect your privacy in the back yard and pool areas.
EXTRAS – Casa Bosque Verde works with a concierge company that will provide your keys and book tours or even a chef! Daily maid service (or less than daily if preferred) is included.
