Come stay in our lake front cottage in Sandestin golf and beach resort. It is a single story, three bedroom three bath that sleeps nine. Enjoy quality family time on the large wrap around porch while watching your children fish in the lake or relax on the front porch while drinking your morning coffee. In our home you have all you need to grill out, watch movies and dine inside and out.
This cottage has an open floor plan, tile floors throughout the dining, kitchen and living room. The master has a king bed with jacuzzi tub in bathroom. The second suite has a king bed and own bath. The third bedroom has a bunk set with a single on top and a double on the bottom. All bedrooms have TV's and DVD players.
Enjoy the bay, beautiful white sand beaches, the Village of Baytowne Wharf which has restaurants, specialty boutiques, nightlife, playground, and live music. Also take the tram or walk over to grand boulevard which also has restaurants, shopping and a Publix for all your needs.

Spacious one floor 3 bedroom. Open floor plan. Loved the sceened in back porch. Our little ones, fed the ducks every day. The owner was very personable and the opposite of that "all business" attitude we get a lot. The whole transaction was very relaxed and old fashioned. Pay extra for the GOLF CART. THat way, you park the car and zip everywhere in the cart. The PUBLIX-ICE CREAM-PRIVATE BEACHES-PF CHANGS- POOLS-BAYTOWNE WHARF and more just minutes by cart. I once zipped to Publix and back to get items for dinner. I put water to boil for pasta and got back before it was rolling boiling. (I used express lane and had just a few items) So when you need foodstuffs fast, this is where you want to live. If you don't have a cart, you have to drive about 5 miles each way. Anyway, enjoy! Would return w/o hesitation.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

This was a great house. I came with some girlfriends and we had so much fun. The house was so roomy and the open floor plan was great. Some of us could be in the kitchen and others in the living room and we could still talk to each other without having to yell through a doorway. We also loved the bathrooms, two of the three have double sinks and nice size showers and the other was a nice size as well. The bedrooms were a great size. You had plenty of room to put all your extra stuff and still walk around. The house has a great backyard with a lovely sitting area to watch the ducks and turtles in the water. I would certainly rent this house again. The price was great for the weekend.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway.
