This newly remodeled (2006) home is ready for you to create memories at the beach. 3 bedrooms total (1 with King), (1 with 2 twin beds), and (1 with a double bed),and a double pull out sofa.
This house is located a few blocks from town as well as 7 houses from the ocean with no roads to cross. Come enjoy the 4th of July parade from it's massive 12x30 upper deck. No need to go down to street level - bird's eye view from the comfort of your own home.
Amenities nearby are the newly constructed skate park (June '08) tennis courts, day spa, horseback riding on the beach, as well as surf rentals. The Coaster Theater has plays on Friday and Saturday nights regularly.
Often referred to as the "Carmel" of Oregon - downtown Cannon Beach is charming and only a few blocks long with interesting architecture and plenty of shopping and restaurants.
This home is only 2 blocks to a popular coffee shop, surf shop, local market and restaurant. Other amenities and shops are only 4 blocks away.
The home is located on a corner of Hemlock and Jackson Street. The home is fully furnished with linens, dishes, etc. It has no actual internet access but I along with others that have stayed there pick up a signal from a close-by hotel that gains access. There is a brick gas fireplace and a large living room area. The kitchen table seats six but more chairs can be added.
The town of Seaside is nearby (7 miles) and has hospitals, pharmacies, movie theaters, public pools, etc. There is a Safeway and Rite-Aid there as well as Hollywood movie rentals, Papa Murphys, Taco Bell, KFC, Taco Time, McDonalds, Subway, and Quiznos etc. Further up 101 to Warrenton (20 mins. from Cannon Beach) is a Fred Meyer, Costco, Ross, etc.
Check-in is at 5:00 p.m. on day of stay and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. This is rigid as house needs that amount of time to be cleaned for the next party. We ask that renters start the laundry (towels, sheets) in any capacity (even one load HELPS) and DO NOT make dirty beds (this only makes for more work and wonder if the beds were even used). Key will be known to the renters in days before stay so please call a day or two before arrival and it will be known to you. Collection of remainder of rent is due upon arrival so please have it ready that day.
Parking is limited - no more than 3 vehicles kept here with one in garage and two out front on driveway area - this is strict as police will enforce.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Winter rates ..October 15-April 15 is $150/night
Spring/fall ...April 30-June15 and after labour day-October 15..... $175/night
Summer .....June 15-Labour Day... $250/night (1 week min. in months of Jul & Aug)
+6% room tax charged by the City of Cannon Beach that is added
onto your total nights charged and finally a $75.00 clean fee whether you stay
1 night or 30! eg. 4 nights in winter is $600x6%=$36=636+75=$711 total
Stay one week get the second at 1/2 price (winter or summer)!!!!!
Holiday rates are same as summer rates apply to Dec. 26-New Years Day
