It is a very nice, comfortable, naturally lighted and clean house with tile floors, and wood furniture. It has an agreeable social area, a porch with tables and chairs, toward the pool and garden. This property has ten years old and it has been perfectly maintained. Kitchen and bathrooms seem new.
