  Perfect house for 2 families staying together. Not far at all from Disney and close to plenty of stores, restarants and other attractions. The kids raved about FunSpot located on 192 and I loved that Walmart was just down at the end of Oren Brown Rd. The kids loved the pool and game room. We had air hockey playoffs. The adults loved lounging by the pool. When we thought we had a problem with the wifi - within minutes of sending an email, Joan & David had someone at the house. Now that's service!! The guys at the gate were extremely helpful and pleasant. We didn't get the chance to use the clubhouse, but it looked like a lot of fun. The beds were SO COMFORTABLE! House had everything we needed. All we did was bring our own beach towels for the pool. We can't wait to come back! Thank you for a wonderful stay, way better than staying in a hotel!! The Keene & Antonitis Families

  We had a wonderful vacation staying at Disney Manor! There were 12 of us in our group and we had PLENTY of room! The ease of booking Disney Manor was wonderful. David and Joan answered our questions and provided everything very promptly and professionally. The house was beautiful and well furnished. We had everything that we needed and felt like we were right at home. Everyone in our party commented how comfortable the beds were. They were amazing! Everything was very clean and new. It was nice to have the wonderful areas to gather (family room, pool area, and kitchen) but still have nice spacious bedrooms to retreat to every night! The kids loved the pool and we had to drag them out of it nightly to get ready for bed. The neighborhood itself was very nice and secure. It was a quick easy drive to all the resorts as well as near restaurants and other stores but still felt private and quiet for evening rest.   Thank you for sharing your home with our family for our 2012 family vacation! Every person in our family continuously expressed the comfort and joy they were experiencing during our 2 week stay. Although our vacation plans included days at the amusement parks, the amenities provided by your home were very beneficial to our stay. With a family of 14, eating out can become very expensive over a 2 week stay. The ability to cook breakfast, prepare sandwiches for lunch @ the parks and then dinner when we returned saved us a lot of money and was much more nutritional for all. The personal pool and game room was a hit for the teenagers before and after our days out and a plus to all on the rainy days when we choose to stay in. We were very pleased with the home and the location is perfect!! We were close to the amusement parks, malls, and grocery stores (all of which we visited frequently). Lastly but certainly not least, we enjoyed the resort where your home is located! While I started my mornings at the gym, my son took advantage of the basketball court, my sister laid back in the sauna and my daughter enjoyed the community pool! This provided a great start to our days and the fishing pond provided entertainment and relaxation to my family!   Dear David and Joan, Montana Foreign Exchange wants to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for allowing us the privilege of renting Disney Manor two years in a row. It was like coming home for my husband and me, this year. Both years the students have been in awe over the beauty of your home. This year we filled the house with 14 and there was plenty of room for everyone. We enjoy the quiet neighborhood, the spaciousness of the home, the pool and the recreation room. It is also nice to have the laundry facilities right there, a kitchen to cook and prepare meals in and areas to sit and enjoy meals together. With 4-1/2 bathrooms, there was never a problem for all to shower, bath and prepare for the day. There are plenty of comfortable beds for everyone with the seven-bedroom set up. The students especially get a kick out of the Mickey and Nemo rooms and I am sending a picture of some of them in the Mickey room for your collection of photos. I have added a few more as well. We also enjoy the fact it is close to the parks, attractions, events, shopping and just about anything, one may want to visit in the Kissimmee and Orlando area. We also appreciate how easy it is to work with you each year. The quick return of our security deposit was also well appreciated. Thank you. You have been so inviting, kind and caring. We just can't say enough about Disney Manor and its owners. We will definitely see you in the future. Also, our other Coordinator from Florida, whom we invited this year, was so impressed she too will be calling to rent Disney Manor for a family gathering. Again, thank you for sharing Disney Manor with us. We love staying there! We hope to return again next year.   My family was absolutely taken with your home. We totally enjoyed the ambiance. You felt like you were home. The house was set up for all the conveniences. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the game room, as well as the big kids. The location of the house was a feature also. I'm keeping your name and address for future Florida visits.   What a wonderful time we all had at your Terra Verde home! The house is lovely....so spacious, spotless and well equipped. It felt like home as soon as we arrived. The location was perfect. Close enough to all the Parks, shopping and restaurants, yet just far enough away from the crowds. The security of the gated community was also a plus! The pool was a delight to come home to after a day at Disney. My two granddaughters especially enjoyed it. The memories that we shared will last forever . We will definitely be back and will recommend your home to friends and family.

  Dear David and Joan, My family wanted to thank you for a wonderful and comfortable stay at your house, The Disney Manor, in Terra Verde. The staff was helpful and very welcoming & your written instructions made check-in a breeze. The clubhouse, Tiki Bar and pool are beautiful! Terra Verde is a well-maintained neighborhood and everyone was impressed. Your house! We loved your house! We all felt right at home the minute we stepped in! Right away, we knew the house was loved as it was very clean and well appointed with nice comfy furniture. It was a perfect place for my Aunt's 95th birthday weekend celebration. Everyone had lots of elbowroom and the visiting kids were entertained by all the 'extras'. The outside patio was a big hit with the relatives from up north. We spent most of our time outside by the pool enjoying the great weather! We also liked the fact that the patio backed up to trees and scrub versus another house. Breakfast together was a huge plus at the house as people could mosey down and eat when they wanted. It was nice to be able to gather and relax while planning the birthday festivities for the day. All in all, it was a perfect weekend while staying at the perfect house to celebrate our Aunt's 95th birthday. We'll be back next year for her 96th!   We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your wonderful home. It is plenty big enough to accommodate up to 14 people, even though we only had 10 in our party. All the extras you include are wonderful. The game room, WII, washer and dryer and BBQ were enjoyed by everyone in our party. The pool and spa were much enjoyed after long days at the parks. One other thing we want you to know is how much we appreciated the people who service the house for you. They were very considerate of the issues we had with the bed and getting our call on Christmas day. They were there the next day and had everything back in order for us by the time we arrived home. Everyone working in the complex was very friendly and helpful. The front gate people were so friendly and always had a smile for us. The front desk staff were very helpful with printing some papers for me when I could not get the printer in the back room to work and were always friendly. We will definitely recommend your home to our friends and we hope to come back to it again in the future. Thank you again for allowing us to have the most amazing Christmas holiday with our families. It was one of the best vacations we have had. Have a wonderful New Year

  My husband and I came to Orlando with a group of 18 people (we stayed here because we were going on a cruise), this place was perfect to hold our large group. Everyone has enjoyed their stayed and was amazed at how spacious this property was. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub, perfect for relaxing after a long day. This home is lovely and just as descibed. Thank you again for letting us stay in your home.

  Just a quick e-mail to say a BIG THANK YOU for our stay in your beautiful home. We all had such a good holiday and Disney Manor was superb, clean, tidy, and very comfortable.
