I am renting out a studio/loft unit in Mammoth Lakes, CA. The unit is spacious and comfortably sleeps 4 people (more can easily fit if you want to squeeze a little). The unit was recently upgraded with brand new furniture throughout. The upstairs, loft portion, contains a California King bed with a full bathroom. The downstairs contains a sectional sofa sleeper and another full bathroom. There is a dining room, living room with vaulted ceilings, and a full kitchen. There is a brand new gas fireplace and an outdoor balcony. A full covered garage is included with the unit. The unit has a new TV with DVD player, cable, stereo with CD player, and wireless internet. All linen, towels, and kitchen utensils are provided, with maid service. There is a washer and dryer downstairs for your use if desired.
Most importantly, the complex is a 5 minute walk (max) to the Canyon Lodge Ski Lift. Or for those who would rather take the bus one will pick you up at the Resort for the 90 second drive to the lodge. With the addition of the new ski back trail this year, you will be able to ski directly back to the condo complex. For those familiar with the area, the unit is located in the Mammoth Ski & Racquet Club. It is located between the Village and Canyon Lodge for a prime location. The club has a heated pool, 2 spas, and a sauna.
Mammoth is one of the best ski & snowboard resorts in the U.S. It is annually ranked as one of the top 10 Ski & Snowboard Resorts in the US. It has some amazing activities (mountain biking, fishing, hiking, cross country skiing) & many great restaurants and other fun activities for couples, families & singles.
