AVERY-GARRETT BEACH HOUSE - Come experience a perfect vacation get-a-way with a touch of "Southern Charm". The home is situated 200 yards from the beach just inside the privacy gate in EMERALD SHORES. The home offers approx. 2300 sq.ft. consisting of 3 bedrooms plus a bedroom loft and 3 baths. Sleeps 10-12.
The house featuers a NEW ORLEANS LOOK with "10" sets of FRENCH DOORS. The TILED PATIO area offers a "luscious tropical garden" with "2" tables and chairs. There are 3 live oak trees providing shade all day for relaxing and enjoying the sea breeze. Inclued are outside speakers to play music controlled from the stero in the #1 Master Bedroom upstairs. Included is a large charcoal grill for cooking while enjoying guests with music.
The home offers many extras. TWO Master Bedrooms with one on the first floo and the number 1 Master is on the second floor which has new "hardwood floors". Every room in the house has ceiling fans. HIGH SPEED INTERNET IS PROVIDED (bring your laptop).
FIRST LEVEL (Master with King Bed)
Four sets of French Doors provide entry into the house. On this ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining room table, a breakfast bar, ceiling fans, living area with a 46" inch Sony high definition TV with DVD/CD player and telephone. This floor includes the second Master Bedroom.
SECOND LEVEL (sleeps four)
At the top of the stairs is a bedroom with Queen Bed and Bath. It has an armoire with TV and DVD/CD Player with speakers.
Also on this second floor is the #1 MASTER BEDROOM with "new" hardwood floors with a walk-in closet. "Great Feature" is a TV which is a Sony 60" HD with stero and "surround sound" and DVD/CD player. Cable includes all HIGH Definition Channels and 50 music channels. Master Bath offers tile floors with tile walls and a ceiling fan.
On this second floor are "four" sets of FRENCH DOORS opening to a large balcony 40 ft. long with outside seating. Great place for early morning coffee.
THIRD LEVEL (sleeps 4-6)
This LOFT is a KIDS DREAM. It has TV with DVD/CD Player, ceiling fan and two sets of French Doors which open to a Balcony with a GLIMPSE of the ocean.
DOWNSTAIRS PORCH - has a table with chairs, a separate sitting area and a GREAT AMINITY - "4 BICYCLES" FOR RIDING IN THE COMMUNITY OR ON THE SIDEWALK FACING THE BEACH. Also on the porch is a WAGON WITH TOYS AND PAILS, ETC. FOR THE BEACH!!
THE AVERY-GARRETT BEACH HOUSE - is located in the EMERALD SHORES COMMUNITY. The development is "Family Oriented". GATED ENTRANCE offering 2 pools, tennis court, basketball, and a Pavillon at the beach with bathrooms, showers and beach chairs and umbrella's.
