-TERRIFIC LOCATION: for the serious skier or shopper - just 50 steps from the Snowflake Lift and a short walk( 3 blocks) from Historic Main Street in Breckenridge. There is also a free shuttle bus just outside the building. The property is surrounded by open space and wetlands.

The bedding consists of a queen bed in the bedroom area (separated with a Privacy Curtain) and a queen sleeper sofa in the spacious living room right in front of the gas fireplace. There is a fully stocked kitchenette with microwave, dishwasher and full size stove and refrigerator. A luxurious large bathroom with a jetted tub and separate shower add to your comfort.

Location, location, location! My condo offers the Ultimate Luxury of Ski In/Ski/Out - just steps from the Snowflake Lift. Step out the door (50 steps to be exact) and you're on the Snowflake Lift with easy access to Peaks 8 & 9. In the time it takes to go to a mountain restaurant, you can be back at the condo enjoying lunch, a glass of wine and then easily return to the slopes. You also have access to 5 other ski areas within 30 minutes!
You can walk to Historic Main Street (3 blocks) for shopping, restaurants, and bars or take the free shuttle bus anywhere in town.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The best benefit -step out the door and you're on the lift! It's not just the lift but all the amenities - hot tubs, sauna, steam and work out, and laundry are approximately 15 feet from my condo. Also Riverbend is located next to a lodge which has a lift ticket window, coffee bar, and a rental shop which offers a 30% discount to Riverbend guests. The heated, covered garage in the building with an elevator and luggage carts make for easy "move in" from car to condo. Located on a hill next to quiet green space it's a true vacation spot!

I am a Colorado native and have vacationed everywhere in Colorado. When it was possible to buy a piece of paradise, I chose Breckenridge and Riverbend property. I chose Breckenridge for it's beauty and being "real" mountain town. I chose Riverbend for it's location. I can walk out my condo, get on the lift and be skiing down the slopes in a few minutes or walk 3 blocks and be on Main Street.
I have been renting my condo for 3 years and have never had a dissatisfied guest. I live in Denver yet spend almost every weekend in the mountains so I am very familiar with Breckenridge and the surrounding areas. I would like to share with you all that Breckenridge has to offer.

We had a great stay at the condo! The fact that the lift and some of the runs were so close, was perfect for our tired Florida legs at the end of the day (and come lunch time). We enjoyed the proximity to the adorable little town of Breckenridge. We weren't accustom to the radiant heat, but found that a combination of some open windows and the gas fireplace made for a nice cozy living space.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, adventure seekers, sightseeing, age 55+.

This is a cozy, well decorated, well equipped condo. The complex is only steps from the Snowflake lift for easy mountain access in the winter, and has a plethora of nice hiking trails close by for summer biking/hiking. The condo is located right next to the spa and exorcise rooms as well. It is affordable and great for a mountain getaway.

The accomodations were perfect. The space was suitable for four, comfortable for post-skiing relaxation, with an adequate kitchen/cooking space. The hot tub was right next door, and the "ski-in, ski-out" title was no lie; the chair lift was literally right out side. We will definitely book this place again; we enjoyed our stay very much!

This condo is a one bedroom that is exactly as described. We had four people and sleeping is hard. The sleeper for a week is not great rest. The heat was hard to control and with the fireplace on, you had to open windows to cool it down. The fireplace works very well. The kitchen is small but has everything you need. The small vaporizer in the closet was a great idea and we ran it 24 x 7 due to the dry winter air. The ski shop next door could not be friendlier and more helfull. I got up, dressed and walked to snow flake lift, and if the kids were not ready they could meet me later. 4 oclock run is a great last run, skiing 2 miles almost to the condo. The hot tub is 20 feet away and you can watch the kids from the room. This is a great place for a couple or maybe bring a blow up bed rather than the sofa. We loved the location and sacraficed space for ski in, ski out. The owner was easy to work with. The bus access is easy and close. I would stay again.

We had an amazing weekend at your Condo at Breckenridge. The convenience of the ski in/ski out, the indoor and outdoor jacuzzi’s just steps away, the perfect proximity to town and the slopes and the fact that Breckenridge is the ultimate place to ski with the family, made this an amazing weekend getaway for us. The kids loved the jaunt down 4 O’Clock to the condo at the end of the day, where we pampered them with hot coco and cartoons after a full day of skiing. The garage and ski locker made is so easy to check in and out, along with handling the ski equipment pre and post skiing. We cannot rave enough about your cute, cozy condo. It was perfect!

This property lived up to our expectations completely for our 12 day vacation. The closeness of the Snowflake lift makes ski in ski out a reality. We arrived to find the property well presented with all that we required, the spa is right next door and the laundry is very close.We enjoyed the town of Breckenridge and ate out a few times and the location of the free bus right next door made our trips into town a breeze. The mountain is awesome and easily accessed from the Snowflake lift. The facilities on mountain are great with each peak having its own base. The owner was extremely helpful in our booking arrangements, which we really appreciated since we were coming from downunder!We highly recommend this property to any couples or small group looking for convenience and quality with ski/ski out access. We'll be back !!
