Pelican's Landing has 2 full size pools, one ocean front and one in a courtyard across the street - heated in spring /fall. Childrens playground also available. Outside pavilion, picnic areas and grills are located on the property.

World famous Ocean Annies ocean front bar and grill are located 100 yards down the beach.
The Atlantics longest pier, Appache Pier, is located within walking distance from the unit. Fishing is available year round.
