Our home is on the south side of the downtown core. You can see McMenamins Old St. Francis School Hotel from our front yard and we are listed as the "Danielson House" on the National Registry of Historic Places "as the best example of a Tudor Revival style home in the Old Bend Historic District." The downtown core restaurants, shops, and galleries are just a 3 minute walk away and the Old Mill District with Les Schwab Ampitheater is just a 15 minute walk away. In our kitchen you will find Emril cookware (we love to cook, ask us about great places to shop for fresh food) and outside a great barbeque deck shaded by a HUGE weeping Aspen. For you skiers and boarders, we are only .80 miles from the Mt Bachelor ski resort park-n-ride located on the corner of Colorado and Simpson.

$55 cleaning per week or part thereof. 3 night minimum. $500 damage deposit

Cancellation: 30 days or less from arrival date no penalty. 29-15
days of arrival date forfeit 50% of rental deposit. 14 or less days
from arrival date forfeit the 100% rental amount.
