Holidays/High Season......... $125/night .. $800/week .. $2850/month
3 night minimum. $500 damage deposit
9% room tax, 1% state tax on stays shorter than 1 month.
Renter is responsible for foreign exchange rate fees.
Cancellation: 30 days or less from arrival date no penalty. 29-15
days of arrival date forfeit 50% of rental deposit. 14 or less days
from arrival date forfeit the 100% rental amount.
