It all started with the communications - excellent job by the property manager & the owner is very cordial. We rolled into town & picked up the keys - there was a minor hiccup with the key situation but it was resolved immediately. The pictures of this listing really do NOT do it justice - this condo is beaufiful & HUGE!! It's got 2 very large balconies & PLENTY of room for the entire family. Each resident even gets their own covered parking & direct access to the beach (just a 60 second walk)! You can't go wrong with this condo - very impressive! The unit, while a few floors up, has an elevator - which is perfect when you have a large amount of luggage. We only wished for a few things: - A luggage cart by the elevator would have been very helpful. - The unit was difficult to locate within the building as there were no signs telling us where the units were. The unit we stayed in (Palms 11) was around the corner from the elevator.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.
