The home itself is furnished in style and with a western flair. Included are all of the latest hi-tech electronics (including wireless Internet, iPod docks, and outdoor speakers for the hot tub) and wonderful sleeping accommodations (pillow-top mattresses, down comforters, colorful quilts, etc.)!
Three living levels offer plenty of room for your entire party. (No overhead footsteps ... unless from your own party!!) The lower (entry) level is made up of the garage, laundry/mud room, large foyer, and a family/media room (w/HDTV) and full bath. The second floor consists of the main living area, with a Master Bedroom Suite (King, with private luxury marble bath and in-room wet bar), main living/dining area (with seating for 8 at the table + 3 at the kitchen bar), a gas fireplace (with wall-mounted HDTV above), kitchen and powder room. Level three adds 3 more bedrooms, one being the secondary Master bedroom (also with private luxury marble bath, in-room wet bar, and a Queen-sized bed); the 3rd and 4th bedrooms are each set up with a Queen size bed and private in-room full bath.
The construction materials and finishes are top notch ... from slate flooring in the foyer, to Alder wood on all trim, doors and cabinetry ... from ceramic tile to marble and granite in the kitchen and baths ... frameless shower doors, upgraded carpeting, stainless steel appliances ... this home has all of the nice touches. The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped (should you choose to stay in and cook), and also has a fantastic view of the mountain.
For the time that you choose to stay up on the mountain, you will be pleased to know that there are numerous shopping and dining options ... and this townhome is ideally situated for exploring them all! Shopping within walking distance includes a liquor/small grocery/deli store in addition to the array of sports-related shops and both casual and upscale dining options (the Avalanche, Firehouse Grill, 9380 Prime at the Elevation Hotel & Spa, for starters!). You can also, of course, catch the free shuttle to the town of Crested Butte (about a 5-minute ride), and take advantage of the MANY additional dining and shopping options there. Why the Owner Chose Mt. Crested Butte
We love the quaint feel of the town and the area, and the great skiing ... we truly look forward to our "down" time out west each year. We're big fans of Crested Butte!!
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
We really enjoy being able to walk to the ski area from our place, yet being able to get away from the crowds when it's time to relax ... the location is perfect for us! We enjoy hiking and biking in the summer ... and taking a day or two for river rafting in nearby Almont. In the winter, of course, we set our sights on skiing ... and also try to slip in a day for a snowmobile tour. One of our favorite things about our home is being able to spend some time before dinner in the hot tub, listening to our favorite tunes using the iPod dock and outdoor speakers. Dining out in the town of Crested Butte is always fun, and the food is generally wonderful! Then, after all of the activity of the day, it's great to get a good night's rest, thanks to the very comfortable bedding we've put into our home. When it's time to leave ... well, we just have to start planning our next visit!
The Heart of the Ski Resort, including hotels, restaurants, and the transportation center, where you can catch the free shuttle service to and from the town of Crested Butte.
The Silver Queen Lift provides convenient access to Paradise Bowl, and some of the best Intermediate and Advanced Ski Slopes on the mountain. It's a quick 4-minute walk from our front door.
Great Pizza, Subs, and Sandwiches; pool table, sports bar with flat screen TVs. Apres-ski spot.

Condo was great...enough space for a group of 7 to spread out and not feel cramped...convient to every amminty...elevator was the best part...being flatlanders it saved our lungs for more important activites....hot tub saved our bodies and beds were great...Great views of the mountain and valley...great house and we will definalty be back....just a beatiful experience....4 couples look no further

We just returned from a 5 day ski trip in Crested Butte... Our party, of 4 couples, absolutely loved everything about this very well appointed ski home. With the location being so close to the slopes everyone in the group met for lunch each day after enjoying our morning in the powder. The location to the free public shuttle to the town of Crested Butte is only a short walk away. This home is absolutely incredible and the owners are very responsive and a pleasure to deal with!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, families with young children.

Thank you so much for the use of your absolutely beautiful and spacious townhouse over the 4th of July weekend. Our family of 8 + baby was impressed with all the room and upgrades. Each bedroom had a comfortable bed with nice bedding and it's own bathroom so we all had some privacy. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of room for all of us to watch Wimbledon. It was a beautiful weekend for the parade, fireworks, hiking down the mountain and fly fishing. We had a wonderful family vacation and we appreciated all your help and suggestions.

We wanted to thank you for opening up your awesome condo to our families. We have spent a lot of time in Colorado in a bunch of different ski towns and have always had a great time, but CB was high on our list of PERFECT places and your condo is part of that reason. The furnishings, linens, layout and the fact that there's nothing that you don't already have there to make our stay very, very comfortable is just wonderful. Thank you so much for all your help, it's nice to work with an owner who's so involved and wants their guest's needs to be met!!! You were very helpful ..
