Our condo is located in a family friendly resort area with a sugar white sand beach and beautiful emerald green waves that are situated on a piece of Alabama's coastline called Fort Morgan. Fort Morgan, a peninsula along the Gulf of Mexico and Mobile Bay, offers warm temperatures, soft southern brezes and spectacular sunrises and sunsets. There is enough room on the beach to move out and be by yourself or to set up a tent. Vacationers can also enjoy nearby nature preserves, historic forts, world-class fishing, fine restaurants, a variety of shopping including Tanger Outlet Center, a water park, and a zoo. For the golfer, next door is a championship course KIVA DUNES and just down the road is another PENINSULA GOLF COURSE.
Located in a resort complex featuring many areas of intrest, our condo offers an enjoyable vacation for each family member or for a snowbird with time away from the snow and ice. Choose from 6 outdoor pools or 1 indoor pool and 2 outdoor hot tubs or 3 indoor hot tubs. For the sports and health enthusiasts there are 8 tennis courts, an exercise room, saunas, steamrooms, and a putting green (bring your putter and ball). Children can enjoy a gameroom (bring your quarters). What a great relaxing vacation!! This resort is the most amazing place. The grounds are very clean and well kept and it's surprisingly very quiet. I took my son and nephew who are both 11 and they had such a great time and I felt safe with them roaming around by themselves and they met numerous new friends and made memories to last a lifetime. I was debating whether or not to stay on the main strip in Gulf Shores but I am very glad I chose to stay at the Plantation. It's very much worth the drive. The condo was very comfortable and cozy with a great view. The only suggestions I have is to provide an iron and better knives to peel things such as potatoes. All transactions with the owner were smooth and easy. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Our family had such a wonderful time at this condo!!! The view of the ocean and the short walk to the beach was just great. With a busy life as most and always going going going it was so nice to go to our vacation home and just not even drive. We got our groceries and just kept life simple and easy. The condo facilities were awesome!!! There were so many different pools, hot tubs, and a great little restaraunt! The indoor pool saved us on a stormy beach day we were able to still spend the day in the water. We could not have been happier with our stay. The owner was just a joy and a blessing to rent from. He was very caring and quick with all transactions to do with renting the condo. My whole family would recommend this condo to everyone :) and we hope to go again very soon!

I love Gulf Shores Plantation, and especially the West Building. Not overly crowded, close to the beach, its own pool and hottub. It is secluded enough to feel private, and close enough to go do things--Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Ft. Morgan, Dauphin Island, Mobile. The beach was clean and the kids had fun crabbing at night. The unit was clean and nicely decorated, and the owner was super nice. The price seemed very reasonable. The only thing I would suggest is for the association to update the game room for the kids. Would stay here again.

The property was exactly as described on the listing. The photos were excellent and the view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful. The unit was very tastefully decorated and very clean. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit Gulf Shores. The property owner was very helpful and very gracious to deal with in every aspect.. We will be back and will be staying in this unit. We love The Shrimp Basket, Lulu's and Tacky Jacks. would recommend these restaurants to anyone. Our favorite was The Shrimp Basket.

I highly recommend this condo. My family just returned from a wonderful vacation in Gulf Shores. The condo was very clean, and was well stocked with all the dinnerware, utensils, towels and bedding necessary for a comfortable one-week stay. The owner, H.D., is very professional and easy to work with. He answered emails and phone calls promptly. My family will definitely stay in this condo the next time we visit Gulf Shores.

The condo was exactly as advertised! It was perfect for myself, my 16 year old daughter and her friend. We enjoyed the beach view and the easy access to the beach and pools! The condo is nicely decorated and is stocked with everything you could possibly need. The grounds are beautiful and carefully maintained. I really appreciated the security at the resort. The owner is very friendly and helpful. He is easily contacted by email or phone should you need to reach him! I received an email from him before I got home to let me know that my damage deposit was on it's way. The condo is away from the busy streets of Gulf Shores, but within easy driving distance to nearby resturants and attractions. We highly recommend eating at Lulu's in Gulf Shores and at Lambert's in Foley. The usual wait at both resturants is 1 1/2 to 2 hours, but well worth the wait! The outlet mall in Foley is a must (especially for the girls). For adventure, we highly recommend parasailing!!!! AWESOME!!!! We only wish we had longer to stay! We will definitely stay here again. Thanks!

This was our first trip to the beach. This condo was perfect for our family of 4. I loved that the beach was just steps away and the kids loved that the pool was just as close. H.D. was wonderful to work with. He responded very quickly to emails and answered all my questions. He even gave me some great tips of places to visit. The condo is clean and very well maintained. I loved that it is a gated community and I felt very safe. I would recommend this property to family and friends and will plan to stay here again when we return to the area.

We loved our stay at this condo. The view is great and as advertised. The condo is decorated very beachy and calm (we liked it). We would definitely stay here again. The plantation is family oriented and restful. The beach was beautiful!

This condo is great, has everything you need for a great vacation. The beach is fabulous and grounds are beautiful. They have an indoor pool, as well as, several outdoor pools and a couple hot tubs.We just got home (this was our second stay at this condo) and are already discussing another trip back very soon. The owner is great, very friendly and helpful. The condo has been remodeled since our last stay, and looks really nice. I highly recommend staying here.

We had a fantastic time at the Plantations. Our room was very clean and had everything we could have wanted or needed, especially in the kitchen. The view from the balcony was amazing, we enjoyed waching both the sunrise and the sunset from it. We even got to see some dolphins in the distance a few mornings. We had two adult couples in this condo and we enjoyed the layout with the bedrooms being on opposite sides of the condo. That way if someone was up early it didn't bother the other couple. It was great to have two bathrooms as well!! Although the pools were a little chilly when we stayed, it was great having such easy access to two different pool areas, with a third pool area within close walking distance! We would definately recommend this condo to others, infact I already have:) If we ever make it back to Gulf Shores, we would love to stay in this condo again!
