Our Condo is one of the closest 2 bedroom condos to the beach in all the resort. Stay where you have a great view of the beach.

Our condo is located in a family friendly resort area with a sugar white sand beach and beautiful emerald green waves that are situated on a piece of Alabama's coastline called Fort Morgan. Fort Morgan, a peninsula along the Gulf of Mexico and Mobile Bay, offers warm temperatures, soft southern brezes and spectacular sunrises and sunsets. There is enough room on the beach to move out and be by yourself or to set up a tent. Vacationers can also enjoy nearby nature preserves, historic forts, world-class fishing, fine restaurants, a variety of shopping including Tanger Outlet Center, a water park, and a zoo. For the golfer, next door is a championship course KIVA DUNES and just down the road is another PENINSULA GOLF COURSE.

Located in a resort complex featuring many areas of intrest, our condo offers an enjoyable vacation for each family member or for a snowbird with time away from the snow and ice. Choose from 6 outdoor pools or 1 indoor pool and 2 outdoor hot tubs or 3 indoor hot tubs. For the sports and health enthusiasts there are 8 tennis courts, an exercise room, saunas, steamrooms, and a putting green (bring your putter and ball). Children can enjoy a gameroom (bring your quarters). This property also has a deli serving a variety of sandwiches and pizza, a coffee shop featuring Starbuck's coffee, and a lounge offering beverages for children and adults.   • We enjoyed this lovely condo over spring break. Accomodations were very comfortable with plenty of room for our family. Beds were extremely comfortable and you can't beat waking up to that beautiful gulf view! The complex itself offers plenty of activities for everyone. After enjoying the beautiful beach, we spent evenings letting the kids wind down at the indoor pool. For such a large complex, it was never crowded. Owner was a pleasure to deal with, great communication. We look forward to visiting again soon!!

  • The owner of this condo is very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. He was willing to answer any questions we had in advance to plan our trip. The decor of the condo was simple and lovely. The warm yellow and denim blue kept the place feeling open and light. Everything was clean. The towels smelled like almond and were thick, large, and soft. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of bedding for cooler nights. The kitchen is well-stocked and should meet your needs. The freezer has an ice-maker. The dishwasher allows us to work less and enjoy our vacation more. The view from the balcony is wonderful. The condo is on the east side of the building so it fills with the warm morning sun and stays cool in the afternoon and evening (although there is air-conditioning). The property has an abundance of things to do for the whole family and the groundskeepers were visibly working hard every day to keep it well maintained. We enjoyed the hot tub on several evenings, and used the indoor pool every night. The beach is amazing with its white sand and there is so much room to spread out that you hardly feel you are sharing it with anyone. We spotted dolphins just off-shore every day. Our children enjoyed the tennis and basketball courts every day. There are several good hiking trails within a few miles of the property, too. I'd recommend this wonderful vacation spot to anyone.

  • This was my second trip to this unit and as the first time, unit was clean, equipped so to think I was at home. The view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico was wonderful. I would come back to this unit on my next trip to the Gulf. Homeowner was easy to contact and was concerned that I had everything need. Yes, I will come again. By having Wireless internet at no charge was a great benifit as I need to keep up with my business and stuff at home.
