Nightly rates $225/night (2 person rate) .. $250/night (4 person rate).
$275/night (6 person rate) 3 night minimum stay required.
$500 refundable security deposit, $250 outcleaning fee.
50% Deposit required to confirm, Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund if the property can be re-rented for the
length and terms of the original reservation.
