Downstairs bedroom can be used as separate unit with kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave, dishes and sink) and bathroom. Big patio area for entertaining and BBQs and double lot yard. Living room has big picture windows and deck with unobstructed view of Mt Konocti and lake. See the fireworks at Mt Konocti harbor resort from our deck. 10 minute boat ride to the Konocti amphitheater.

Kid friendly beach (not too deep) with gravel. Large boat dock and plenty of off street parking. Southern exposure so sun is not right in your face. Come enjoy
