Our beautifully remodeled unit, in the most requested #10 building, has everything you could want for a great vacation. It is a two minute walk from door to Kamaole Sands beach, which is great for snorkeling, boogie boarding, sunbathing and whale watching. You can enjoy lovely sunsets from your private lanai which overlooks a grassy area, fountain, lush tropical vegetation and the ocean. The unit has a queen bed, queen-sized sofa bed, two bathrooms redone with all new tile, FREE local phone calls, cable tvs/ DVD player, FREE high speed internet in unit,assigned parking and a fully equipped remodeled kitchen, washer/dryer and air conditioning. Kamaole Sands is a lush 15 acre resort, located in sunny Kihei, with four tennis courts, a large swimming pool, children's pool, two jaccuzzis,work-out room and eight BBQs. It is an excellent location within walking distance of all Kamaole Beaches 1,2,and 3, restaurants, shops, rental shops for snorkel gear, bikes and activities, the Kihei boat ramp and minutes away from five world class golf courses. Kamaole Sands provides free daily newspapers, a weekly Mai Tai party at the pool with live music and complimentary Mai Tais.

We just got back from Maui after 2 months in this condo . It has a fanatastic view where you can see whales and the sunset while sitting on the lanai . The unit was everything described with a updated kichen and bathrooms . We loved the closeness to the ocean and being ground floor you could easily go to the pool or barbeques without hazzle of elevator The owner lives on the Island and more than accommodating to her guests . If you are looking for a clean , updated ,excellent ocean view ,with everything you willl need and at a great price than this is the place for you . We stayed 6 nights at 10-102 and had a wonderful time. The condo was very clean and exactly as described. The owner is very attentive and when I noticed there was no hair-dryer in the unit, she came around with one and a couple papayas from her tree! There were plenty of linen and beach towels, also some beach chairs and umbrellas. The street noise dies down after 10 p.m....most of the time. If I had one complaint, it would be regarding the pull-out bed: it is terrible for adults to sleep on. We have moved to a different unit afterwards and missed 10-102 dearly as our new home was dirty and lacking in the homey feel and many amenities (but not in ants!).
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
