  I've been to Maui 4 times and have stayed in 4 different condo's along the Kihei strip each time. This was the nicest by far. All the amenities are excellent in including tennis courts, 2 hot tubs (one designated for adults which we appreciated), and the pool was exceptional and the perfect temperature. The grounds are beautifully kept and the apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved the location being the 2nd unit back from the beach. Spectacular oceans views where we could watch the sunset from our lanai or hop across the street and watch it on the beach. It was perfect for us. We'll definitely be back!

  aloha, we were guests of this beautiful condo from Jan.02-Feb.22nd.2013 and we enjoyed every day of our stay. The condo had everything you like to see for a very pleasant vacation. From beach equipment to bedding,2 lovely bathrooms , and the kitchen was very nicely stocked with all things for cooking etc.enough space not to feel cramped and all was super clean. We recoment this wonderful condo very highly to anyone who would love to have the best holiday possible. The view from the lanai into the lovely gardens and across the street you can see the ocean, breathtaking.   My wife and I were here for 2 weeks in October,2012. The condo was exactly as described. It was clean. The owner was very helpful. All was first rate in the suite, and the Resort. The Barbeque areas, the Pool (including Mai Tai Wednesdays ukelele concerts), the short walk to the beach for sunsets or snorkelling, and the proximity to Restaurants and shopping - all made for a wonderful 2 weeks, which just flew by! We'll definitely be back! Art & Marilyn.

  We just got back from Maui after 2 months in this condo . It has a fanatastic view where you can see whales and the sunset while sitting on the lanai . The unit was everything described with a updated kichen and bathrooms . We loved the closeness to the ocean and being ground floor you could easily go to the pool or barbeques without hazzle of elevator The owner lives on the Island and more than accommodating to her guests . If you are looking for a clean , updated ,excellent ocean view ,with everything you willl need and at a great price than this is the place for you . Thankyou Anita for letting us make your unit our home away from home . See you next year and we will enjoy those papyas . Darlene and Garry

  We stayed 6 nights at 10-102 and had a wonderful time. The condo was very clean and exactly as described. The owner is very attentive and when I noticed there was no hair-dryer in the unit, she came around with one and a couple papayas from her tree! There were plenty of linen and beach towels, also some beach chairs and umbrellas. The street noise dies down after 10 p.m....most of the time. If I had one complaint, it would be regarding the pull-out bed: it is terrible for adults to sleep on. We have moved to a different unit afterwards and missed 10-102 dearly as our new home was dirty and lacking in the homey feel and many amenities (but not in ants!).
