The community of Bonefish Bay is a magnificent, 5-acre parcel of prime bayfront land with 350 feet of meandering shoreline.
Spend the afternoon enjoying the sunset views, glorious open-water vistas, crescent-shaped sandy beach and luxurious warm swimming water. Just off the dock, you can enjoy excellent snorkeling, world-famous boating, easy ocean and bay access, deep water dockage and a boat basin.
The Snook House is a two-story "Key West" style home with 3,000 square feet of interior space, 500 square foot of verandas, plus a 400 square foot garage. The house has 4 bedrooms and 4 ½ bathrooms. One bedroom is a separate guest wing, with its own exterior entrance. The house has a two-car garage, swimming pool, hot tub and covered verandas. The home is very cozy and warm and is traditional in giving the authentic sense and simplicity of Key West. Beautifully detailed with hand-framed 10' ceilings, 8' French doors, tropical wood flooring, chunky baseboards, crown molding and impact Andersen windows.
The gourmet kitchen is ideal for nights spent in and entertaining friends with the Sub-0 fridge, Viking range, Miele dishwasher, Thermadore oven and large island overlooking living and dining rooms.
The property feels like your own exclusive enclave with meandering walkways through magnificently landscaped grounds, white picket fences and old Chicago brick surrounding the privately situated pools.

My family stayed in the house for 2 weeks and could have stayed longer!! I have 3 boys that ages 13-19 and they loved everything about the property. I enjoyed the ease of the house and it's location. We would highly recommend this property.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.
