At this price it isn't anymore than renting a 2 or 3 bedrooms. Has 2 full master suites with jacuzzi tubs in each. Feels like a full house on the corner of the building, comprising 1st and 2nd floors. Back gate lets right out on to pool deck and has super quick shot to beach gate. For those of you who like to be close to the ground, it Simply doesn't get any more comfortable or convenient than this condo.
E106 is a beautiful Two Story, 3,500 square feet ground floor 5 bedroom 5.5 bath penthouse. Walkout straight to the pool from your ground floor unit. The unit contains 2 living rooms on separate floors which works great when the adults need a break from the kids.
The unit contains two master suites that face the gulf on each floor. Each master has a King bed with a private bathroom that includes a double lavatory, jetted tub, and separate shower.
Bedroom 3 is on the 2nd floor and has a queen bed with a private bathroom that has a tub/shower and single vanity.
Bedroom 4 is on the 2nd floor and has a queen bed that uses a hall bath that has a shower only.
Bedroom 5 is on the 1st floor has a queen bed and a full/twin bunk bed with a private bath with tub/shower and double vanity.

Use of World-Class Spa, Cardio Room, Weight Room, and other facilities at our sister resort, Silver Shells is also included. These facilities are only a quick 2 minute drive OR short walk down the beach. My husband and I wanted this family vacation to be very special so I searched properties for many hours. We had 8 adults and 7 children on our vacation. This property could not have been more perfect. I was totally overwhelmed and would love to visit again and again. My children told me over and over all week how great it was and that I did good choosing this condo. It was located in the middle of everything we wanted to do. If you are bringing children ages 2-11, you will be so happy for choosing this property.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
