Beautiful 1295 square foot Gulf Front Condominium right on the beach with spectacular 9th floor views of the Gulf of Mexico and downtown Clearwater Beach. Both bedrooms and the large family room overlook the expansive balcony that includes a patio table and chairs and two cushioned chaise lounges. The spacious full kitchen is recently updated with brand new stainless steel appliances and a front-load washer and dryer.
The large master suite is furnished with a king-size mattress and box spring and the second bedroom features dual twin size beds. Both rooms have huge walk-in closets. There is also a pullout queen bed in the family room couch. New carpeting was installed in 2007. Wireless internet access, digital cable TV and free long-distance dialing in the US and Canada are also included.
This condominium is located on the 9th floor of a beautiful, well-kept building on Sand Key. Both bedrooms and the great room have spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico, while the kitchen overlooks Clearwater Harbor and the Intercoastal Waterway. Watch sailboats and dolphins swimming from your kitchen, and view breathtaking sunsets right from your patio. The wide sandy beach is perfect for strolling, shelling, or just relaxing. Siesta Key Beach (2011 top US beach), Caladesi Island (2008 top beach), and Fort DeSoto Beach (2005), are nearby.
Crescent Beach Club is walking distance from shops, restaurants, and coffee shops. The town of Clearwater Beach is a short five-minute drive and is also accessible by trolley. Clearwater Beach offers a variety of shops, restaurants, beach bars, and charter fishing. Clearwater/St. Petersburg airport is less than a twenty-five minute drive, and Tampa International Airport and Mall are 40-45 minutes away. Tampa boasts one of the nation’s finest aquariums, Busch Gardens, the Hard Rock Casino, and the historic Ybor City area featuring restaurants, eclectic shops, and nightclubs. Orlando, Disney World, Universal Studios, and Sea World are a two-hour drive away.

We stayed in this fabulous condo for three weeks in November '11. Excellent location on pristine stretch of wide white sand on Sand Key Beach, straight out of property & onto beach. Fantastic views from spacious double sea facing balcony, great views all along seafront in both directions. We saw dolphins at some stage every day & loved watching the bird life, particularly the pelicans. Having both taken early retirement, this location has everything that we need just to chillax at & within walking distance of the property - most days we had the pool area pretty much to ourselves, the weather was brilliant & not anywhere near as muggy as the summer months - still in the 80'sF most days! The condo itself was really spacious, home from home, comfortable, clean - nothing we can think of that wasn't already to hand. Sand Key & other nearby barrier islands have some really good restaurants - our favourite was Salt Rock near Indian rocks, I think. We are serial returners to the Gulf Coast & have been renting up & down the coast for nearly 20 years - this condo is our favourite so far! We had the most amazing time - thankyou Paul for a great stay & for making it all so straightforward for us. Already booked in for a 2 month stay late 2012 to this perfect condo - we can't wait to return.

Thank you Klein Family! We absolutely loved staying at your condo and in Sand Key! We were happy to find that your condo offered all the amenities of home, even the ones we forgot or had planned on buying when we got here, but didn't have to - beach towels, beach toys for the children, a portable pack-and-play for my toddler to sleep in, beach chairs, coolers, etc. It had EVERYTHING we ever needed to enjoy our beach vacation. The location could not have been more perfect. Easy beach access...literally steps away! Sunsets from the balcony are incredible! Sand Key is quiet, beautiful, and relaxing. A 5-minute drive to Clearwater Beach offers the hustle and bustle of a popular beach town. It was truly the best of both worlds! We will definitely stay again!!

Just returned from spending time in this condo. It was everything we hoped for and more. It has everything you need to enjoy on your vacation, sunsets, dolphins, beaches to walk, heated pool, etc. Condo is very well equipped with the necessitaties and tastefully decorated. The accommodations were perfect! Very spacious and clean, and as for the view, fabulous! We watched dolphins swim by and the kids enjoyed collecting shells by the shore. The Crescent Beach Club is a very nice property and we look forward to returning in the near future.

We enjoyed a great beach vacation in this lovely beachfront condo unit. The location of Crescent Beach Club is excellent and it is only 2 steps from the pool deck onto the white sand. The condo was freshly and tastefully decorated, clean and very comfortable with everything our family needed for our holiday. The views from the balconies overlooking the beach and Gulf of Mexico are stunning. We loved watching dolphins swim past and pelicans swooping into the water as we ate our breakfast on the balcony.
