If you are looking for a comfortable house with utter privacy and tranquility and all of the comforts of a real home, with spectacular views over both the ocean and the sea, and just a short pleasant walk to several charming beaches.... this is it!
The villa is set in a secluded location on a tranquil bluff amidst swaying coconut palms and carefully tended tropical lawns and gardens. The location offers extraordinary views over both the ocean and the sea. The island is only a half mile wide at this particular spot, so you watch the sun rise out of the ocean on one side and set into the sea on the other, enjoying this glorious spectacle in complete privacy. The hill top location also means there is often a breeze and it will be pleasantly cooler here than down at the water's edge. Still, several beaches are literally less than a minute away!
That's why we call this dreamy villa Bahama Nirvana.

- Oceanfront : There are no houses or any other signs of intrusion between the villa and the ocean. We are high on a bluff and the vegetation is dense so you can't walk straight down to the water but must take the lane to the beach.
- Ocean View : Grand views of the Atlantic (sunrise) and Caribbean (sunset) from the house and gardens. The island is only about a quarter mile wide at this point.

This is the best part of the best island we know! No big hotels, casinos, cruise ships, huge marinas.... just 100 empty, dreamy beaches of every imaginable kind, good hearted people, and a few great restaurants. After visiting for decades and owning other places on the island we found this house and it was love at first sight! The privacy, views, comfort and convenience just cannot be beat!
