If you are looking for a comfortable house with utter privacy and tranquility and all of the comforts of a real home, with spectacular views over both the ocean and the sea, and just a short pleasant walk to several charming beaches.... this is it!

The villa is set in a secluded location on a tranquil bluff amidst swaying coconut palms and carefully tended tropical lawns and gardens. The location offers extraordinary views over both the ocean and the sea. The island is only a half mile wide at this particular spot, so you watch the sun rise out of the ocean on one side and set into the sea on the other, enjoying this glorious spectacle in complete privacy. The hill top location also means there is often a breeze and it will be pleasantly cooler here than down at the water's edge. Still, several beaches are literally less than a minute away!

That's why we call this dreamy villa Bahama Nirvana.

We really know of no other house with the combination of secluded location, size, breathtaking views, comfort, and convenience to great beaches and other island attractions, that is available for this price. We love introducing guests to this paradise. We're happy to answer questions and be your guide.
