Air conditioning throughout. Linens provided. Extensive outdoor covered patios overlooking your private pool, treetops, mountains and the home backs up to conservation. The gardens abound with ginger, banana trees, various palms, bamboo, and many other tropical varieties which attract the humming birds, butterflies, monkeys, and parrots. This is a great retreat, in a very quiet area, that will give you a true Costa Rican vacation. There are so many beautiful beaches to explore in this area and plenty of outdoor activities to participate in just minutes from the house.
The property is located in Montanas de Conchal secure community at the south end of Conchal Beach, which offers 24 hour security. Daily maid service IS included in your rate! There is an ocean view from the second floor and observation deck on third floor. Private pool with waterfall, satellite TV, free high speed WiFi (bring your own laptop).
We are happy to arrange for your personal, private pick up from the Liberia or San Jose International Airports. Please inquire for rates. We also can book all of your rental car and tour needs at discounted prices! A rental car or private transport is necessary for our area since the property is located 2 miles from public transportation in the neighboring town of Matapalo.
