All the units have their own kitchens, balcony or garden patio right on the wide white sand beach, and there is also a BBQ and palapa area when you want to visit with other visitors. This is a TRUE Mexico and beach experience with the friendly and colorful fishing village, Isla de la Piedra, with excellent food and groceries, a quick walk down the beach. This is NOT the "Gold Zone" type environment. The Island ferry will take you to downtown and Old Centro Mazatlan, 24 hours a day when you want nightlife and cosmopolitan vacationing but it is back to the Island for the peace and quiet and only the sounds of the waves. Fresh veggies and fish can be delivered to your doorstep. Countless excursions are available from this location. Daily maid and catering service available. Monthly rates available. To and from airport also available. The compound is just being finished and final touches are happening now in February. Discounts for the first visitors. PS...
