We are located just two blocks from the world famous 'Don CeSar Hotel'. Your home away from home features three bedroom and three baths with over 2000 square feet of living space with luxurious furnishings throughout and overlooking the water. The building has only 19 units, so it’s quiet and includes privacy gate with covered parking and secure access to building.
From your balcony, you can watch dolphins and manatees play. You can also watch beautiful sunrises. Just across the street you can see spectacular sunsets on the beach.
You are within walking distance of fine dining to casual beachfront dining. Historical shopping districts are nearby in Pass-a-Grille and Corey Avenue. Golfing is just around the corner. You can also visit theme parks, museums, art galleries and family attractions.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your very beautiful condo! Location is perfect! The view overlooking the bay was exceptional and to be directly across the street from the beach who could ask for more! Condo and deck was very private. Beds were very very comfortable and the complete layout of the condo was perfect! The Kitchen was very well equipped, there was literally nothing we needed that wasn't there. We could not have been more pleased! Thank you Rick for allowing us to stay at this beautiful home away from home!! We look forward to returning again next year!Recommended for: Age 55+.

Our family loved staying here for 10 days this past March; my daughter's wedding was spectacular (at the Don Cesar) and our celebration was absolutely perfect staying at Jean's condo.
