The British Virgin Islands are considered the sailing capital of the world and so is the obvious choice for a charter yacht vacation. There are so many wonderful anchorages to explore and so many islands to visit, many of our guests choose to visit year after year!
Endless Summer II is a 72-foot sailing yacht and one of the most well-known and respected charter yachts in the BVI. She has been based at the same private slip in Nanny Cay Marina, on Tortola's south coast, for the last twenty years and is your perfect floating villa for a seven night visit to the BVI. The friendly and professional crew provide the ultimate in service, and the itinerary will take you on a circumnavigation of the islands, stopping at many different coves and beaches along the way.
Accommodation is in four similar air conditioned staterooms each with ensuite toilet and cubicle shower. The crew have their own quarters private and separate to the guests. The large salon has comfortable seating for relaxing and reading, and the dining table can easily seat up to ten people. The fully stocked bar, with ice maker, is always open and guests are welcome to make their own drinks although the captain usually mixes up one of his special island drinks at "happy hour." On deck, the covered cockpit provides a welcome escape from the sun and a place to lounge with a good book. The deck is expansive with several cushioned areas for sunbathing. The seating on the aft deck is a favorite place to gather at sunset or after dinner to watch the stars.
Sailing on Endless Summer II is a vacation for families, couples or groups of friends. You don't have to be a sailor to enjoy this vacation. Endless Summer II is a stable sailing yacht, very rarely "getting the rail under"! For sailors, it is a chance to take the helm, raise the sails and generally participate in the working of the ship. If this isn't your scene, then sit back, watch the waves roll by and soak up a week of total relaxation and enjoy being pampered and spoilt.
Most of our cruises are for seven nights but longer cruises are possible. For those clients who wish to sail but can't get a group together, we do have a few weeks set aside for "by-the-cabin" bookings. Take the opportunity to book one stateroom and join other, like minded people on the same cruise. We find that guests join as strangers and leave as friends!
