Large, two bedroom/two bath with spectacular ocean view of white, sandy beach in New Smyrna Beach, on the central East coast of Florida. One hour from Disney and Orlando International Airport.
We are on the second floor, convenient to the elevator and close to the pool, with an excellent view of the ocean. Our condominium is 980 square feet and is newly remodeled. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a large chest of drawers and closet. The guest bedroom has twin beds, large closet and plenty of drawer space. We also have a queen sleeper sofa in the family room. The kitchen has all the comforts of home and overlooks the dining and living area. We have two televisions and two phones for your convenience and high speed wireless internet available. Work from the beach, pool or porch with our WI-FI connection!
Our large porch overlooks the ocean and a tropically landscaped courtyard. Our condominium is in a resort complex on the southern part of New Smyrna Beach. Enjoy the tranquility of a non-drive on beach, conveniently located across the street from restaurants and grocery. Amenities include a beautiful oceanfront, heated pool (winter months), tennis court, shuffleboard, gas barbecue grill, and large patio gazebo. Step from the pool onto the white, sandy beach of the Atlantic Ocean to fish, swim, surf, play volleyball, bicycle, or sail. Enjoy complimentary oceanfront grilling with the pool-side barbecue!
We are only an hour away from Orlando, home of Disney World, Sea World, and Universal, and only a half hour to Daytona and Kennedy Space Center.
New Smyrna Beach was voted "Best Beach in Florida" by the readers of "Florida Monthly Magazine" and has numerous art galleries, live theater, shopping, and dining. Visit historic Flagler Avenue with its quaint shop, pubs, and restaurants.
