Welcome to the best location in Breckenridge. This spacious 2 bedroom, 2-bath unit is a perfect “ski-in” condo located at the base of the Four O'clock Ski Run. It is one short block to Main Street where you will find all the best shopping, dining, and entertainment in Breckenridge. This beautiful condo will immediately make you feel at home for the perfect vacation of fun and relaxation.

Located at Sawmill Creek, our condo is a spacious two bedroom, two bath unit on the first floor leading directly to the slopes. It has recently been fully remodeled and redecorated with top-quality furnishings, appliances, and granite counter tops.

The living room has floor to ceiling windows which provide a bright and airy feeling and a view of the beautiful Colorado Mountains. In the evenings, you can turn on the gas fireplace and get comfortable while watching the new 42" flat screen TV, or in nice weather you can barbecue on the patio with friends and family. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with all of the cookware and utensils you may need, as well as a full compliment of spices, seasonings, and cooking staples. The dining room seats eight adults comfortably.

There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom and the master bathroom features a steam shower to relax your tired muscles at the end of the day. The second bedroom provides two full-sized beds with its own en suite bathroom. The beds are very comfortable and deluxe bed linens and luxurious oversized bath towels are provided for your further comfort and enjoyment.

The building is located just 20 yards off of Four O’clock Ski Run so one can easily ski down for lunch or at the end of the day. You are also a short walk down to the new high-speed Gondola. The free shuttle stops right in front, and the Snowflake lift is just a 3 minute ride, or a 5 minute shuttle ride over to the base of Peak 8 & 9. The free shuttle can take you anywhere in town including the indoor/outdoor ice rink and the recreation center. The shuttle will also take you farther afield, if you wish, to explore the towns of Frisco, Silverthorne, Copper Mountain, Keystone, and A Basin.

Enjoy historic Breckenridge and the most popular ski complex in Colorado right at your front door in the winter. In the summer enjoy hiking, mountain biking, a Jack Nicklaus designed golf course, tennis, rafting, fishing, kayaking, horseback riding, alpine slide, and some of the most beautiful scenery on the planet. But save time to explore Main Street which is one block away and has wonderful restaurants and shopping. Every weekend is filled with concerts, festivals, and theatre located along the banks of the Blue River.

  • This condo was in very good condition compared to others in Breck were the pictures did not represent the unit. Modern decor. Very good selection of essentials and extras in the kitchen. Our group slept 6 comfortably, but could have added 2 more if it was all couples since the hidebed was actually in good condition again compared to other units. Work hard, play harder.

  • We have stayed in many condos around Breck. This unit was upgraded tastefully and centrally located. The back door opens to a small patio and common grass area. This is better when you have kids than a balcony! Walk across the street and you are at the common area on Main Street. Also just off the bus stop to catch the bus to the base. 4 O'Clock Run ends at this unit. Plenty of room for my family of 4 w/2BR, 2BA.
