This beautiful 2nd floor condo overlooking a lake was built in 2006 and is near the Caloosahatchee River. Our Beautiful Golf Community has the charm of old Florida and is only 25 minutes to SW International Airport.
The unit, which is equipped with all possible upgrades has 2 bedrooms, each with an attached bath, plus den set-up with single bed. The large spacious master suite has his/her walk-in closets, private bath with double sinks, separate shower and jetted tub. 8 Foot wall to wall sliders in LR and MBR to large lanai overlooking lake and golf course. Second bedroom, with attached bathroom has full size bed and den is equipped with a twin bed. The kitchen is beautiful with custom cabinets, pantry and all amenities you need, including a large George Forman grill. All rooms are spacious with 10 ft. tray ceilings. There is also a separate laundry room in unit for your convenience.
A great way to catch your tan is at the beautiful outdoor swimming pool with plenty of chairs and restrooms!! Just steps away from the unit.
Quiet neighborhood is perfect for walking and biking. You can walk to executive golf course and enjoy lunch or dinner after golfing in the quaint "Marker 34" restaurant. Spare set of golf clubs with cart available in unit.
You can walk to nearby grocery store and fruit market.
Very close to downtown Fort Myers with restaurants, shops and theatre. Or drive to Fort Myers Beach or Sanible/Captiva Island. Several outlets malls nearby. You can even go to the spring training ball parks of the Boston Red Sox or Minnesota Twins.

Year Purchased: 2006
We retired to FL in 2006 from Massachusetts. We bought our condo pre-construction and were able to put in many upgrades. We lived there for 7 months when we unexpectantly found a villa in the same community that provided us with both a garage and water access. Although we loved the condo we couldn't resist the additional amenities the villa offered.
We have met some wonderful people while renting out our condo and its so nice to be in the same community should you have any questions or issues with the condo. Please let us know if you have any questions or need additional photos!! Have some fun in the sun in NFM!
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
From the condo you can walk to the golf course and the adjoining restaurant. There are beautiful birds and an occassional owl taking up residence in the area. Safe and beautiful area to bike and walk. Enjoy your morning coffee or your evening cocktail on the spacious lania.

My husband and I stayed in this condo for 2 months. Everything was even nicer than the photos show. One thing I really liked was that the rooms were all very clean. I have a bad back and need a good mattress and the mattress in the master bedroom was a good one. We recommended it to friends and they also were very impressed with the place.

My husband and I rented in this condo for three months, for three successive years, and it is eqipped with absolutely everything. It is spacious, homey, has an absolutely wonderful view, and the landlords were readily accessible and excellent to deal with. I would highly recommend this condo for rental. The photos on VRBO are accurate, it is actually better than the photos, there is a list of restaurants for fine dining, it is 3.1 miles from I75, and has a lovely heated pool. Thanks Bob and Barb for three wonderful winter vacations
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing.
