There is also a separate laundry room in unit for your convenience.

Quiet neighborhood is perfect for walking and biking. You can walk to executive golf course and enjoy lunch after golfing in the quaint "Marker 34" restaurant. Spare set of golf clubs with cart available in unit.

Very close to downtown Fort Myers with restaurants, shops and theatre. Or drive to Fort Myers Beach or Sanible/Captiva Island. Several outlets malls nearby. You can even go to the spring training ball parks of the World Champion Boston Red Sox or Minnesota Twins.
