A very private over sized condo in the Prince Kuhio Resort in Poipu on Kaua'i. At 421 sq. ft., this ground floor unit has room for a king-size bed, living and dining room facilities, with room to spare. The sofa opens to a double bed that additionally sleeps two children or medium-sized adults.
This studio is the very last unit on the ground floor of the resort, so it is private and secluded, yet only a very short walk to the parking garage, and to the pool.
You will find a fully equipped kitchen, shower with compact bath tub, separate dressing room, and many other amenities to make your stay fully enjoyable. An on site resident manager can help answer your questions.
The beach and crystal blue waters of Hoai Bay and the Pacific are only a two minute walk away. Fine dining is just across the street, and other beaches and shopping in Koloa and Poipu are just a five to ten minute drive.

Why the Owner Chose Prince Kuhio Resort
After my mother-in-law passed away we sold her condo, and were told that we could save a lot on taxes if we purchased another property. We looked at three condos in Poipu. This was my least favorite. But my wife liked it the best. I'm not the smartest man in the world, but I'm not stupid. We bought this one!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
When I was in school, I would always try to sit in the back of the class. Carole said she did the same. This unit is all the way in the back, so it just kinda fits our anti-social personalities. Besides, it's got a lot of room, is really close to the pool, and is cool all the time. And Carole's done a lot of neat stuff with the decor (my contribution was painting the bamboo on the wall).

We spent 2 wonderful weeks here! It was perfect for just the 2 of us. Very nice and quiet and everyone was so friendly! The grounds are lovely. The pool is a tropical oasis with nice areas of shade! Loved being across from the beach house restaurant as it has a perfect beach area for viewing the sunset (don't recommend it for dinner tho, Keoki's Paradise is way better!). Great snorkeling there too and so nice to just walk out of your cozy unit... go across the street and snorkel... then come back and lounge by the pool... no drive required!!! We sure hope to be able to stay here again! Mahalo, Don & Tammy
