There is a 3 night minimum during this holiday period.

You and your family will absolutely love this condo located in the quaint ski resort of Brian Head Utah. With Brian Head’s interconnect lifts and exceptional ski terrain, skiers and snowboarders of all abilities can enjoy both mountains as one, making this family getaway even more user friendly than before. Enjoy all the splendor winter has to offer, just steps away from your front door, or just sit in front of the fire and watch the skiers from your living room.
This condo has excellent access to the ski resort, with Incredible Views of the slopes.
Enjoy this 4 bedroom, 3 full bath condo, that can sleep up to 12. Three of the bedrooms have Queen Beds and the Third Bedroom has 4 Twin Beds. This beauty boasts a full kitchen with Crock-pot, Coffee Maker, Rice Maker +++ the living room and Master Bedroom have wood burning fireplaces.
Your days will consist of skiing, snowboarding, tubing or just relaxing at the house with views of the skiers on Giants Steps. In the evenings you and your family will enjoy either watching movies in the living room, or just sitting around the fire playing games and making some new memories.
All you need for this family vacation get away is your toothbrushes, a change of clothes and some good ole' family fun. Bedding, sheets and pillows will be supplied and for your convenience there is a laundry room available.
Roads to the property are plowed as well as the driveway, but chains or 4-wheel drive are recommended during the winter months.
You and your family WILL NOT be disappointed. Each rental will require a $500 refundable security deposit. Cancellations made more than four weeks in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations made two weeks in advance receive a 50% refund.

A short term rental agreement is required.
Rates vary depending on mid-week,weekends,non-holiday,Holidays & Winter or Summer.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express with a 4% processing fee.
We also accept Checks, Money Orders, and Direct Deposits or Wires.
50% rent payment due 60 days prior to arrival remainder due 30 days prior to arrival.
If reservation is made prior to the 60 day arrival time a $500 security deposit is needed to confirm reservation or payment in full if after the 60 days.
Additional Fees and Taxes:
The rate for this condo is for 10 guests, additional guests may be accommodated at an additional charge, and on a case-by-case basis... Just ask Owner (Kim).
A 13.6% Resort tax will be added to all bookings.
$150 Cleaning Fee applies to all Reservations regardless of the length of stay. If the unit is left in excellent condition upon departure 1/2 the cleaning fee will be refunded... Ask How...

Year Purchased: 1975
About the owner: This property was built by my family and was our family home growing up. Although, most of my family does not reside here, my son and I still love the area and the friends we have made along the way... We were the 3rd family to ever live in Brian Head and are truly original to the area, so when it comes to this property, or Brian Head, I can guarantee there are few that know as much as myself... My son and I spend much of our time in the condo during the winter months, when it is not rented, and it is myself that personally inspects the unit before and after any check-in and check-out.
