Also close to airport (15 minutes) and is close to all shopping, restaurants, clubs, downtown, and pretty much everything.
Perfectly private & secluded meaning that the property is not in a complex with many other properties. Only one other condo nearby that we own. Larger groups like to reserve both condos.
This is the only condo that has incredible views of the entire Salt Lake Valley from the Hot Tub and Deck.
There is a bus stop in front of the property (can't hear & won't bother because far from dwelling) for easy access to all of the resorts.
Absolutely close to EVERYTHING: grocery, gas, restaurants, shopping, downtown, airport, etc and is still quiet and secluded. Perfect leisure and relaxation property.
Very nice remodel just barely finished so you don't have to deal with dents in the wall, wear & tear, worn-out carpet with stains. You will love it.

Very reasonably priced compared to ALL other similar condos. As a result, we stay booked year-round. However, since we just barely finished our remodel, we have plenty of vacancies for this ski season. Christmas is still available so BOOK TODAY!!!
