My family stayed in this condo for a week in June 2011. Wish we could have stayed for the whole month! We had a fantastic time! The condo was very clean, well stocked, and beautifully decorated. The owners were fabulous to work with as well! We have stayed at other condos at the Regency Isle for the past four years and this is definitely one of our favorites! We will definitely be returning in the future!

Spent one week in the very nice condo on the best beach ever!!! Everything was so pretty, and the decor is beautiful throughout!!! The owners are great to rent from and we will definitely be back.

This unit is my favorite vacation spot! We always look forward to our stay here. The unit is always clean and is tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well stocked and we always rest and sleep well here. The beach is beautiful year round and clean and has never been crowded while we are there. Lots of shopping and dining nearby. My favorite spot is the private balcony where I love to relax and read while soaking up the sun and sights and sounds of the ocean. Can't wait to stay again!

My husband, my 20 year old daughter and her best friend stayed in this condo for Spring Break 2011,(March 12 thru 16). Our stay was exceptional! Upon arriving, we found that the reserved parking spot was right by the elevators and there were luggage carts to use to take your luggage, groceries, etc. up to the condo. The condo is as appears in the photos and was very clean. There was nothing we needed that was not provided other than a tea pitcher and I can say that is not usually the case. Life is so hectic for us that I actually enjoy cooking and eating in when we travel and the kitchen was very well stocked with cooking utensils. The view from the balcony was awesome and my husband and I watched dolphins swim by on three of the four mornings we were there. The girls loved how easily accessible the beach and the pool were and both of them were as pleased with the stay as my husband and me. The beach was beautiful as was the water!!! The Regency Isle staff were always cleaning the grounds, pool area, BBQ area and were very friendly. The Security Guard was friendly and on patrol. Overall, we could not have asked for a better spot for our get-away. Thank you Kathy for sharing your place with us!

We loved this condo & recommend highly to those looking for a great place to stay in Orange Beach. Conveniently located to both Gulf Shores & the Perdidio Key area. The condo was beautiful as the pictures show with a large balcony perfect with a Gulf front view. The outdoor pool was large & very spacious for enjoying the pool area which is hard to find- also, offers a very nice indoor pool. Quick & close access to the beach with a nice, short enough to haul all the beach goods out to the beach walkway-no stairs! Definitely plan on grilling because this area is also set up very well with four pits & picnic tables all under a covered pavillion! We look forward to renting for our future vacations!! Covered 3 levels of parking kept your vehicle safe- round the clock security....I could go on & on....Thanks to the owners for sharing their piece of paradise!!!

We have stayed in several condos in the area, this was the GREATEST! Very well stocked, little extra things that most don't provide. The large balcony was so nice, expensive linens, very clean, nice furniture, tastefully decorated, the list just goes on and on. Words do not do the property justice. Very highly recommended.

We loved the condo! Large balcony was exceptionally nice especially with the chaise lounges to relax in as you soak up the sites and sounds of the beach. Condo was well stocked and nicely furnished. Having the extra half bath was great. Facilities were great, as well. We loved the putting green and the covered gas grills at the property. My family and I had a fabulous time and would highly recommend this condo.

The condo is absolutely beautiful and clean with lots of room. On the beach, convenient to shops and restaurants. A nice family oriented atmosphere. Our family had a wonderful time.
