No expense was spared on the furnishings and décor for this lovely two bedroom (plus bunkroom) condominium, in the new Emerald Dolphin. Features wide open views of Gulf of Mexico and one of the largest fountain pools and hot tubs on the beach. There is a beautiful and spacious gym, fully equipped and overlooking the water. The master bedroom features a king bed and overlooks the Gulf, the guest bedroom has a queen bed and overlooks Santa Rosa sound,and there is a full bed in the bunkroom and a sleeper sofa in the den, so that the condo sleeps eight. The Condo offers 1345 square feet of living space with beautiful, soothing designer décor throughout,and an oversized, furnished balcony overlooking the Gulf. Flat screen TVs in living room, master bedroom and guest bedroom (wall-mounted); TV also in bunkroom, and DVDs in living room and master bedroom. The kitchen is also fully equipped - you will not lack for anything!

Fabulous, "best of Pensacola Beach" restaurant/bar next door. Great grocery/wine/deli items next door. Once here... lose your car keys and enjoy the best of beautiful Pensacola Beach!

  • Kid Friendly: Absolutely! It is the beach - so children welcome if you have them! This is a great condo for children... there is plenty of room, including a room for TV, movie and DVDs away from the parents... (we have 2 children under 4, so we know about kids).
  • Minimum Age Limit for Renters: 25 please! This is not a "cheap property"! We decorated to the "nth degree" and our furnishings are beautiful, with that said, please enjoy! Once you see and enjoy - you will understand!
  • Smoking Not Allowed: PLEASE no smoking inside the rental - feel free to indulge outside... the balcony is fine, etc... thank you for your consideration! This is our "second home"!

Weather was perfect,watched the Blue Angels fly over the Gulf four(4)days straight,Grandkids loved the Gulf and they even went crab hunting at night None of this would have been possible without you.   • We had a very nice and relaxing vacation. The condo was fantastic and well furnished. We had a couple of cool weather days, but a cool day at the beach is better than a good day at work!.   • Thank you for a wonderful stay in Pensacola Beach! Our family from Chicago came to visit and we enjoyed a wonderful Christmas at the beach. The views from the living and dining rooms were amazing and there is a large sliding door from the master bedroom that steps onto the balcony. If you want to wake up and see the ocean this is the place! The condo had everything we needed, even when cooking a full Christmas Eve dinner. It was extremely comfortable and furnished beautifully, we did not feel like we were in a "rental condo" at all. The owners were wonderful to interact with; we have decided this is the only place we want to stay in Pensacola Beach. Even my 9 year old niece said she wanted to spend every Christmas here (and come back when it's warm in the summer)! I can't say enough positive things about our experience.
