The Condo offers 1345 square feet of living space and an oversized balcony overlooking the Gulf furnished with bar height table, 4 bar stools, 2 chairs, and a lounge chair. BRAND NEW--55 inch LED HDTV with internet connectivity in living room. Blu-ray player in living room. Flat screen TVs and DVD players in master bedroom and guest bedroom; flat screen and Playstation 3 system in bunkroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, barware, coffeemaker and a blender. Hairdryers are mounted in each bathroom. And BEST OF ALL, there are beach chairs ( 2 regular and 4 lounge chairs), a canopy, and a beach cart available in the garage closet (just bring your own cooler).

Why the Owner Chose Emerald Dolphin
We fell in love with Pensacola Beach several years ago when our friends allowed us to stay in their condo at the Emerald Dolphin. After a second visit, we were hooked. The location of the Emerald Dolphin is perfect because it is less crowded, yet a short distance from restaurants, shopping and nightlife. The views from the balcony are awesome. We can walk to Peg Leg Pete's for a great meal and live entertainment. The gym is well-equipped and has a great gulf view. The water is gorgeous and the sand is like powdered sugar- Atlantic beaches can't compare!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Great views. Fall asleep listening to the waves. Great workout facility. Nice bike path. Kids love the beach and pool, plus they have their own room to hang out and play. Balcony is great for coffee in the morning and cocktails at night. Equipped with newest electronic devices.
All the essentials right next door. Red Box movie rentals too!
The outdoor bar at Margaritaville Beach Hotel has great drinks, casual food and live music.
Free "Bands on the Beach" concerts every Tuesday night from May through October. Bring your cooler and chairs and enjoy!

Great place! Couldn't have asked for a better experience! The condo was nicely furnished. Very clean, and well stocked with the basics. The bunk room came in very handy for our 2 boys. Pool was great! Super close to the beach, right across the street, which was absolutely gorgeous! Right next door to a convience store, which was, well.. convenient. Planning on returning this year and booking this unit again! So excited to return! Highly recommend this unit, and if this is booked, then find another in this building because it is great!

Your condo is beautiful. The group that stayed in your place has thoroughly enjoyed it. Most of us had never stayed in Pensacola Beach before and we have been very impressed with the beaches, restaurants and the Emerald Dolphin. Your condo made us enjoy the trip even more. Today is our last day in your beautiful condo in the Emerald Dolphin. Let us tell you of the memorable time we have spent here. We came to Pensacola Beach for a couple of reasons--we have family here and we enjoy the Blue Angel show on the beach. The most memorable moment of all on this trip was when our son proposed to his girlfriend on the beach. We carved "Will You Marry Me" in the sand and watched nearby to capture the moment on film. This will always be a place to remember. Thanks for sharing your condo with us.

Conviently located with a lovely ocean view. Sitting on the balcony for morning coffee watching the sunrise over the water was so beautiful as was watching it go down with a cocktail in hand at the ending of a beautiful day. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Everything was spotless. We appreciated the convient parking and on site pool as well as the white beaches.. The choice of restaurants were endless if we decided not to cook. All in all a lovely home away from home to enjoy a vacation.

After spending 6 weeks in this lovely condo, we were fortunate to escape a long winter and witness the emergence of spring in Pensacola Beach. The Emerald Dolphin has everything we love, Gulf views, pool and hot tub, workout facility, helpful property manager and well maintained common areas, beach access, and convenient location to Ft Pickens and Peg Leg Pete's. Anyone that chooses this unit will be very fortunate, as there is nothing lacking. The furnishings are lovely with pleasing colors. We especially enjoyed the beach decor, the collection of books and DVD's, convenience of beach supplies, and the pub table on the balcony. We seldom left the island, because everything we came to Florida for was right there.

My family spent Chrtistmas week in your beautiful home. I hate to call it a condo as it is so much more! The kitchen is fantastic. The only thing we needed was the food! The pictures don't do it justice. We actually have been looking for some of the furniture pieces to add to our home! We hope to visit, not only Pensacola Beach, but your home again soon. I do believe Christmas at the beach will be our new tradition! And the Sandshaker has the BEST Bushwackers! We got ours "to go"!

What a wonderful week our family had in Pensacola! The condo was terrific. You thought of everything when stocking the kitchen! We also found the beds quite comfortable and we REALLY appreciated the beach chairs and beach items you provided. Not only was Peg Leg Pete's restaurant conveniently located next door, it was absolutely delicious!! The beaches were just as wonderful as the condo. Our children found beautiful shells as well as sand dollars. My husband and I really appreciated the gym on the 4th floor and the kids loved the pool and hot tub. We found the place to be "a little piece of paradise" and will definitely be back. Thank you so much.
