The townhouse is located on Moonlight Basin with Big Sky ski resort accessible by ski trails. The Iron Horse lift, just outside the Moonlight lodge, is shared by both areas. You can access over 5300 acres of terrain that ranges from the smoothest carpet for beginners to the most terrifying chutes for the expert and everything in between. When it snows at Moonlight Basin, as it will do by the feet, you can ski on powder all day because a busy day may have 1000 skiers playing in 2400 skiable acres.
For Apres Skiing, the Moonlight Lodge is a beautiful place to hang out for a cocktail by the fire, or go downstairs for a massage, swim, hottub or sauna. There is a fully equipped gym for those who didn't get enough exercise on the slopes.

The combined pass, named the Lone Peak Pass, will provide lift access to hundreds of acres of stunning summit snowfields that were previously only accessibly by hiking. Combined, the two trail networks offer nearly 5,300 acres of skiable terrain and the second-biggest vertical drop in the U.S. at 4,350. Between them, the resorts operate 25 lifts.

The condo is a short walk from Moonlight lodge. The condo is very comfortable and stylish, the decor upscale and well kept. We had a fabulous and relaxed vacation. We have skied Big Sky and Vail but Moonlight will be our future location! It was amazing and not crowded. Plenty of options for different levels of skiers. Hope to be out twice next ski season, staying in this wonderful condo!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+.

Our condo was so spacious, cozy, and met all of our needs. We shared the this condo with another family and still had room to spare. The kitchen was perfect and the large dining area made all of us feel very comfortable. The ski lifts were all very close to us and we did not have to worry about our daughters getting trampled by the other skiers, nor was it too crowed in all the 6 days we were there. All the staff members were very friendly and helpful. We looked forward to hanging out at the lodge at the end of every night with our glass of wine and hot chocolate for our girls. We were able to enjoy watch them ice skate from our table. We enjoyed it so much; we're going back again this year!

This is the best ski rental property my family, friends and I have enjoyed. It is even lovelier than the owner describes and the views of the Spanish Peak are even more majestic than the photos can capture. The owners haven't overlooked any detail to ensure your comfort and enjoyment. Moonlight basin skiing is awesome. Great powder and terrain and no lift lines with access to Big Sky too. The location is unbeatable. Once you arrive you don't have to drive anywhere. You are steps from the lifts as well as the beautiful Moonlight lodge and spa which offers a fine dining restaurant, deli, great après ski bar, wine shop, wireless internet, clothing/ski shop, ice skating pond, indoor/outdoor heated pool and hot tub, workout facility and full service spa. This is truly the most beautiful ski lodge I have ever visited. Amazing views abound with a fireplace and hot toddies that will warm your soul. The lodge also offers transportation to other popular locations around the resort. Don't miss the dog sledding and sleigh ride yurt dinner or a visit to Choppers Grub and Pub in the Meadow area and of course a journey to Yellowstone National Park. The wildlife viewing during winter is a once in a lifetime experience. This is the best Townhome rental in Saddle Ridge. We fell in love with Moonlight Basin on our first visit and have returned every year since to both the mountain and this townhome. The owners are very knowledgeable of the area and will go out of their way to assist you with your travel planning to ensure an unforgettable MT vacation.
