Beautiful Oro Valley condo in La Reserve. Fully furnished 1057 sq/ft second floor vacation rental in two story building. Situated in the northwest side of Tucson with beautiful views of the Catalina Mountains. Ideally located approximately 10 miles north of Downtown Tucson, 24 miles north of the Tucson Airport, one mile south of Catalina State Park and one mile north of the Hilton El Conquistador. Enjoy full access to fitness center, swimming pool, hot tub, and business center. Rental includes one covered parking space.
From golfing at one of the numerous courses located nearby to nature walks/ hiking in Catalina State Park this location is a vacationer's dream. Comfortably furnished and with shopping .25 miles away (Pier One, Starbucks, Target, Fry's, Sports Authority, Blockbuster, OfficeMax, Keva Juice) this location has it all!
Our goal is to help you feel at home. Small touches include an extensive movie library, local hiking trail maps, shopping guides and restaraunt directories. We look forward to helping you settle in and we are confident you will return each year once you've rented with us.

Guest Policies
} A 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation. Cancellations 60 days or more in advance of your arrival date will be charged a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations less than 60 days in advance are billed the full amount unless another renter is found.
} We charge an additional $50 per week for each additional person over the first two.
} We ask that you do not smoke in our vacation rental. If you need to smoke, please do so outside.
} We are happy to waive our $250 cleaning fee if you leave the vacation rental as you found it.
} We accept travelers checks, cashiers checks, bank money orders or credit card payment's via PayPal (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover).
What Can You Expect From Us?
} We want you to feel at home, our goal is to see you again next season.
} We will take time to discuss the vacation rental's features and to answer any questions you may have before you commit to renting with us.
} We will provide detailed directions to your vacation rental.
} We will make alternative arrangements for you to pick up your keys if you arrive outside our normal check-in times.
} When possible, we will meet you on site, get you acquainted with the area, and help answer any questions you have.
