This home is fully furnished, including all housewares, complete appliance package, golfcart provided and daily newspaper delivery. Both bedrooms feature queen-size beds, master bedroom has color TV with cable, private bath and huge walk-in closet. Living room features entertainment center with color TV and cable provided, DVD player, small stereo unit and CD player. Sofa bed in livingroom pulls open to queen-size bed. Dining room has seating for four. Private patio and enclosed lanai is furnished with loveseat grouping for four. Adult gated community that offers golf, swimming, tennis, softball, shuffleboard, seasonal polo games, pickleball and nightly entertainment in the town square. All amenities are accessible by golfcart.
