    You just can't beat the location of this property. My husband and I were in Orlando to go to both Universal Studios parks. It took us about 10 minutes (leaving the condo at 9am) to get to the parks and there is a Publix grocery store less than 2 miles away (as is Sea World) and there were no traffic issues at all. It's on International Drive (I-drive) so there are tons of restaurants and shopping just a few miles down the road; the convention center is just a few miles away as well. Pros: The condo is bright, clean and well stocked with nice towels (not those thin, sand paper kind). The furniture was comfy and there are so many lovely widows with a great view of spectacular tree and grassy area. Parking at the condo was no problem (we got in around 9pm each night). It is a quiet complex, we didn't hear much although the place was basically sold out (the parking lot seemed pretty full). The corner patio is nice with access from the living room and master bedroom. We didn't feel cramped or closed in at all; I could easily see 4 people comfortably in there. We didn't use the 2nd bedroom, but it had 2 twin beds, it's own TV and access to the 2nd bathroom. The pool is a short walk with a hot tub and a game room. Cons: The master bed was a bit hard for my tastes and there wasn't a TV channel guide. There's no oven (but we didn't care) and the dishwasher had a funky smell (until we ran it, then it smelled nice). Except for one bathroom, it's little outdated (80s style) but very functional. The internet is an antiquated USB dial-up from AT&T but it worked just fine for us to buy our Universal tickets online; couldn't use my Kindle to get online though. The speed bumps are serious business, so go slow. Can't comment on the on-site restaurant, we didn't dine there and we didn't use the on-site work out room either. Overall: Great place to stay for a very reasonable price. We would definitely go back again and have no trouble bragging about our stay there. We loved that we didn't have to stop and check in/out at the front desk. Special Thanks to Maureen who got the whole reservation process completed within hours via e-mail just 24 hours before our stay! :)

    The owners are very friendly and responsive through email. The condo is clean and has absolutely everything! (cutlery, dishes, cups, you name it) It also have an umbrella stroller, a high chair and a crib! (Though we didn't use them but thanks to the considerate owners, the place is very family friendly) The location is also great, close to all major parks. The resort has shuttles to seaworld, Universal studio and Disney. Walgreen/Wawa is only half a mile and a Publix is only a mile away. So save on rental cars/parking if the shuttle schedule fits yours and you don't have major plans other than theme parks. The wireless device in the condo is another plus!

    Maureen & John were wonderful, so helpful and so accommodating. The place was great, we had our mom with us and having the two bedrooms with each having their own bathroom was great. It was nice to have a full kitchen where we could have snacks, & cold drinks when we would come back from the parks. The condo was so convenient near all major attractions. They had a snack bar by the pool and a resturant where we could have breakfest/lunch before heading to the attractions. I would definitely stay there again. Looking forward to our next vacation!     We stayed here back in June (Sorry for the late review) and we were very, very happy! This condo is conveniently located to all the attractions and very clean! We traveled with another family and the way it is set up gave us both privacy. The sofa bed was perfect for our 2 girls also! I would rent this one again and even though we only had to contact the owners maybe twice, they always answered promptly and were extremely kind. The only thing I wouldn't recommend is the on site restaurant. Not the best food...sorry. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

    Great place , great price, great location. Close to shopping and grocery store. Nice and clean, many aminities and the condo looks exactly like the pictures. We stayed for a week and the TV in both bedrooms as well as the living room made it easy to do some time alone whe we wanted. If you plan to take the shuttle to the theme parks, you need to sign up the day before instead of 8 hours per the instructions in the condo. If it is available, I will definitely book this place the next time I go to Orlando.

    The location was great. Five minutes to Seaworld if you hit the lights well and it didn't take too long to get get to Disney either. Very nice place. Both bedrooms and the living room have their own TV for some alone time. If any neighbors are too loud just turn on the fan and you can sleep well.

    Where to start? Maureen and John were immediately responsive to my initial inquiry and subsequent reservation. The price is UNBEATABLE. The condo is quiet, in the middle of a golf course, spacious, fully equiped and just as comfortable as being at home. They email you the door code, so no hassle of checking in/out or dealing with keys. In my party, there were 4 travelers, but two different families, so the two bedrooms and two baths were great for giving us a little space and private areas. Plus the balcony overlooking the golf course was a nice place to hang out in the evenings. It's very close to the pool, but on the opposite side of the building, so you're not hearing pool noise. There's a Publix about a mile away so you can stock up on groceries. It was about a 10 minute drive to Universal, which was our destination park for this trip. The on-site restaurant is awesome, affordable and yummy. The staff was wonderful. This is a diamond in the rough if you're traveling on a budget and WAY, WAY, WAY better than any other option at this price range... Don't hesitate to book it for your Orlando trip, IF it's available on your travel dates. Good luck and I hope your trip is as wonderful as ours was!!

    Location and convenient are the keys - much better than stay at the hotel. We checked-in early, found out that the condo needs clean, call John & Marleen then they sent cleaner right away - they even gave back $25.00, which is very nice from them

    Stayed for 1 week in May with hubby & 2 Elem. aged boys. This condo has a prime location being close to Seaworld, Aquatica & Discovery Cove. I wouldn't say it's within walking distance but very close driving or you can take the Bus transit which stops all up & down International Drive. Grocery Store & a few Restaurants close by. Easy to get to all other attractions. It was nice being able to spread out with the 2 bedroom/2 baths and we tried to eat 1 meal in per day. Kids enjoyed the pool & swam about every night. Hot tub nice after a long day. Condo was clean, a good value and what I'd expect for price paid.

    Recommended for: Families with young children, sightseeing.

    We stayed here over Spring Break - it was our first time visiting WDW without staying at a Disney Resort. We were so happy with the condo. Our kids are 3 and 6 and they loved the pool - we swam in it everyday! The condo is very close to Downtown Disney and all of the Disney theme parks. We also spent two days at the beach - Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach were just under an hour away. Our kids loved watching the cruise ships leave from Port Canaveral. The condo is spacious and clean, and in a safe, quiet area with not a lot of traffic. There was a nice flat screen tv in both bedrooms and the living room and we were able to hook up a portable DVD player easily. The free wi-fi was a very nice feature. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The condo was perfect for our family and we hope to be able to stay again!

    We enjoyed our stay. The condo unit owners were responsive and very helpful. Resort was quiet and the staff was friendly and helpful. The adjacent golf course created a quiet and attractive setting. The pool area was very nice. The location was excellent to theme parks, especially Sea World and Disney. The condo unit was clean and as pictured. Bathrooms and bedrooms were well laid out. The balcony was accessible from the master bedroom and the living room, which was very convenient. TV's in both bedrooms and in the living room were a great feature. Kitchen contained plenty of dishes, cookware and utensils. Restaurants, grocery stores, drug stores and other shopping were close by. Access to and from the parking lot was very easy. There was plenty of parking in front of the building. It is great for families and seniors looking for a quiet setting with convenient access to the theme parks and other Orlando attractions.

    The condo was very nice. It has easy access to freeway for Disney and other Orlando attractions. Evenings were quiet. Grocery shopping is close and drugstore facilities are also nearby. It is a family-friendly resort. You will enjoy your stay.

    My two granddaughters and I had a great time at your condo last month. We visited Discovery Cove and swam with the dolphins....it was just down the street. Like others have stated, your complex is park-like and quiet. Pool and hot tub was close to unit and nice. Neighborhood close to expressways and the outlet mall and safe. Be aware tho....you do need a car!! Even if you're only going to Sea World! Owners were quick with answers to my questions AND quick with return of my security deposit.Nice reasonable place!!

    Owner response: Thanks for a lovely review. For those who don't have a car, there is a low cost shuttle to theme parks that stops on International Drive, with transfers at Sea World.

    My husband and I stayed at the condo for two weeks in January- February and had a wonderful time. The rooms were clean and neat and really lovely. Location was perfect for Disney, Universal and especially Sea World. Plenty of places to eat, a grocery store 5 minutes away. We had car trouble and found a place that was convenient and friendly for repairs. All in all, a excellent stay.

    Our family of three had a very enjoyable eight days stay in this condo. This place is very calm and serene. After a busy day at Disney, Universal and Kennedy Space Center, it was very relaxing to retire at home like setting in the evening. This is our first attempt to stay away from the hotels and it was pleasant. The owner(s) was prompt with correspondence and making the entire visit very pleasant and problem free. We would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

    Location, location, location! For us the location was perfect, close to all major attractions. The complex was very quiet, the pool was clean and well kept as was the overall complex. The condo itself was spacious, the kitchen well appointed and the bathrooms clean and spacious too. TV in each room was also great. We would definatley consider staying here again and would recommend it.

    My son and I had a very pleasant stay at this condo. It was clean, quiet, and a very good location. I would and most likely return on my next visit if available. Could use a television upgrade, but we were on the go enough that it wasn't a issue. Pool was very nice.

    My wife and I went for 3 weeks to Parc Corniche in Fébruary and we were very satisfy . Thank you John for being there when we need you . The condo is nice and clean with lot of sunshine.EveryEverything was OK the only think that i missing was the oven but we will return any time it was a great place

    Owner response: Sorry, but these units have a stove top but no oven. We provide a toaster oven which seems to be adequate for most guests.

    We had wonderful time stay here. The rooms are big and clean. It is in great location also, it is close to Sea world, Disney World, and Shopping mall. I will come back for my next trip to Orlando, and I will recommend this to my friends.

    My husband and I stayed here for three weeks. We had a mini family reunion and other family members stayed at the 7 pools, maid service placeand they liked this condo. It was sure nice to be able to get together and share meals together in a nice pleasant place. It is close to the attractions, so it is easy to come back for a rest or lunch. We would definetly stay here again without hesitation.

    My wife, her sister, and I had a very enjoyable four nights in this condo. It’s located on the quiet end of International Drive in a beautiful park-like setting. A very pleasant neighborhood which was relaxing after a day spent fighting crowds at Disney World. Being senior citizens, we appreciated the quiet and peaceful environment. The condo is close enough to Disney that it is convenient to return for a relaxing lunch and swim during the heat of the day before returning to Disney for the evening activities. The condo is on the small side but entirely adequate for two couples or a couple with one or two children. My sister-in-law particularly enjoyed feeding the ducks from the second floor balcony. It was perfectly clean and well-stocked, (except for a missing TV remote in the second bedroom – no big deal). The community pool and hot-tub are conveniently located and appeared to be clean and well cared for. Being on the second floor and next to the stairs we were able to skip the elevator and walk up from the convenient and adequate parking lot. The owner was prompt with correspondence and returning my deposit, making the entire visit very pleasant and problem free.

    My boyfriend and I took a trip in Orlando in May 2008. We had the best experience at this condo. It is indeed in a very central location. The pool is right next to the building and was nice at the end of a long day. Our favorite feature is the balcony off the living space/master bedroom. We would definitely stay again if we go back to Orlando.

    Excellent location and price! The unit seemed larger than the pictures led us to believe. There's a king bed in the master BR with access to the small balcony, nice family room connecting to the dining area/kitchen. The separate bedroom with two more beds was great for the kids. For a family of 4, this is perfect. Everything was in good condition and very clean. I read some fairly mediocre reviews about Parc Corniche (the hotel that has, I think, similar style units on in other buildings on the same general property, on the web, but to be honest, they didn't seem to hold true. With this property, you're basically getting a better maintained unit with the only tradeoff being that you don't get daily cleanup like a hotel room. And for that you pay substantially less. I suppose you could get unlucky and have some noisy neighbor or something and not be able to move (the unit is on the 2nd floor of a 3-floor building, on the side, so only one unit next to the 2nd bedroom), but this was not the case and the other folks we ran into there were families similar to ours who were friendly and quiet. The owner of the unit was very responsive, professional, and a pleasure doing business with. I highly recommend it for any family on a budget.
